middle of the day 4:00 o'clock yesterday a afternoon, easter sunday. if you were out and about you know it was pack with people out and about for the holiday. so this happened at seventh and chestnut at a parking garage there. the victim a five three-year old woman watts walking with her car when three men in key masks jumped out of the van, and they drove off. police say the men put the a hood over victim's face, punched her, choked her and shot her with the taser seven times. they demanded a key for her job and they dumped her in a cemetery in darby boro. she thinks it is over. the the men then come back, put her back in the van, they beat her up on more and key mannedded her bank card pin number. police say they stopped four times to take money out of her account. they released the
