chris. >> sue, thank you. let get to our breaking news. police say a man shot his daughter's boyfriend and killed him. fox 29's dawn timmeney joins us live from the holmes circle section this morning, dawn, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, chris. police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened here at this apartment. here's what we know, investigators say that the boyfriend was trying to climb in the window, second story window of this apartment that his 20 year old girlfriend shared with her father. it is unclear, right now, if the dad thought this was a intruder or recognized him but the father shot 39 two-year old. this happened around midnight, in the 2800 block have of ax factory road where we are right now. you can see lights are on in the second story apartment. we just saw police inside. they are combing the apartment, for evidence. there are several police units here right the now. now, the boyfriend was shot the in the head. he was rushed to torresdale hospital where he was pronounced dead just before 2:00 this morning. the the dad was taken to northeast detectives for questioning after he called 911. we know that a gun was recovered at the scene. there is still no word on any charges at this point. of course, chris, we will continue to follow this story for you right now. it is still developing. police are on the scene right now. we will bring you latest developments as we get them, back to you. meantime, we also have more breaking news this morning a man was shot and killed inside a philadelphia bar last night. this happened, just before 10:00 inside family tavern on the corner of luzerne and bettington street in the juniata section. police say the 28 year-old victim and another man got in the argument. the victim was shot three times in the head and chest. >> the bar was filled with at least 20 people, many of those customers remained on the scene, upon police arrival. they have all been transported to homicide, alone with some of the staff of the bar and they are presently being interviewed by homicide detectives. >> police say the shooter was wearing a red hooded sweat shirt, they are also surveillance cameras inside that bar will help them track that gunman down. a woman fighting for her life after being shot three times in kensington. it happened on the 3400 block of braddock street around 12:30. police tell us the victim is not expect to survive n word on a suspect or motive. developing overnight a 15 year-old girl is recovering in the hospital after being found unconscious on the sidewalk. the girl was discovered just before 8:00 o'clock near philadelphia's penny pack park. police say the girl had head injuries to her head, back and leg. and it is unclear how she was injured. girl's parents reported her missing when she did in the return home from school. philadelphia hunting park neighborhood and old york road and erie avenue where police say a 13 year-old was shot. the gun man under arrest. a 16 year-old friend. thirty he lease believe that the two teens may have been playing with the gun when it went off last night. investigators say the victim was shot twice in the stomach and grove barracks. corporal brian dickson was killed and another trooper was injured in the friday night attack during a shift change. now the killer slipped away sparking a manhunt. pennsylvania and killed his daughter's three two-year old boyfriend after the boyfriend was caught trying to climb in the window. this happened in the holmes circle section on the 2800 block of axfactory road. father/daughter shared an apartment. details still coming out but police do tell us it is possible that the man believed the boyfriend was trying to break into that home. philadelphia police say an argument over a game of pool led to a deadly shooting inside a bar in the juniata section of the city last night. it happened at family tavern on the corn are of east luzerne and benington street. the 28 year-old victim was shot three times in the head and chest and gunman is still on the lose. police are hoping surveillance cameras inside the bar will lead them to an arrest. it is just one year, jeanine hamilton is charged with theft. mount laurel police say she had been stealing money from the new jersey force cheer association since december and tried to cover it up by making a false police report. last night the team held a fundraiser at rita's water ice in marlton. the team has in hard feelings and it is confident it can raise money it need to compete this season. >> what happened was
