And the mother of the woman killed is pleading with the driver to come forward. This happened saturday morning in lake wales. Deputy adam pennell had stopped to help Jessica Enchautegui Otero after she had gotten into an accident. After he radioed for help, another driver hit both of them and took off. The woman died. Deputy pennell has a number of broken bones and is still in the hospital. There is a 10 thousanddollar reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
