they started returning the wallets andell phones to the victims in this case. nbc 6 news. west palm beach teenager arrested for posting as doctor. robinson facing grand theft charges in a new and unrelated case. he went as far as opening his own medical office. willard shepard here now with more information on that. >> we have uncovered more about what th young man was allegedly up to. he was just 17 when he formed the medical compapy he was using. he was even making house calls. a palm beach county teen far too young to practice medicine nabbed. robinson charged with practicing without a license and grand theft. at his residence today he didn't have much to say, but police say here at this office complex behind this door he dressed the undercover officer, and asked questions any physician would and even hired staff. allen shultz has his office in the same building, but had no idea what robinson was allegedly up to. >> i've heard of these things happening, but not in this he's the heir and the majority owner of the cuba state airline. lopez says his father was the majority owner before it was seized by castro's communist government. why come forward now? >> the cuban government and the united states signed a jint agreement in havanallowing commercial flights. >> reporter: lopez argues that he owns the rights to the airline and the airport and the cuban government owes him money if they start operating in the u.s. >> the company belongng to jose ramon lopez, who in federal court in the united states was declared the heir to the airline. >> reporter: with his federal probate decision if the cuban could put in a plane to try to seize those planes as his property. ongoing negotiations mentioned president obama can't prevent these planes from being seized by the u.s. courts. lopez also says he was never compensated. in 1956 panmerican airlines sold its minority ake, making lopez's father the majority stake hoeld stakeholder. he has the documents to prove driving drunk as part of a plea deal. whitney wass sentenced to 12 months probation and her license is now suspended for six months. police arrested her after she blasted her drunk driving home to her periscope viewers. police say they found her driving with a flat front tire. mounting student loan debt with feel like a prison sentence. several armed u.s. marshals arrested ball acre at his unpaid student loan from 29 years ago. with interest, it's now $5700. marshals say they tried for three years to get him to pay up. they even taped notices on his door. he sayhe only received one postcard, pines and weston. down to 56 in coral springs. because of the marine influence you'lllave readings closer to 59 or 56 degrees. you can find readings 55 to 60 degrees tomorrow morning. there's no rain in the forecast for tonight. we will later, as the day progresses, start to see some clouds. here's the future tracker for tomorrow. you see these north-northeast winds. the future tracker insists on
