money from registers then got more cash and broke into a safe in the stock room the person broke into five other stores in the mall the same night. the fate of president barack obama's health care law could be decided by the highest court in the land the supreme court will hear arguments next march the main focus deciding whether the individual mandate is constitutional it would require every american to have health insurance by the year 2014 or pay a penalty. justices will look at whether the rest of the law can survive on its own if the mandate is struck down. >> it will decide whether or not the rest of the act, which many americans support including the ban on insurance companies discriminating pre- existing conditions allowing expanded access to made canadian for individuals -- medicaid for individuals can with stand or not. the white house is pleased the justices will hear the case. the decision is expected late june or early july, months before next year's presidential
