delays to go along with the trouble spots, tony. we're starting off in virginia. eastbound 66 approaching business 234. slow traffic as you continue to work eastbound. accident tieing up the second lane from the left and jammed up badly out of manassas eastbound along 66. traffic then slows in centreville and from 50 fair oaks eastbound to 123 and after nutley street to the beltway. so eastbound 66 off to a slow start off of manassas at business 234. second lane from the left is blocked. northbound 395, delays northbound from the pentagon across the 14th street bridge. the accident that contributed to that delay has finally cleared. southbound 270 on the brakes before father hurley out of germantown. this delay extends to the lane divide. you're never back up to 55 as you continue down toward the lane divide. so big delays from farther hurley toward the split. outer loop slows from college park to 355 with an accident on the shoulder. that's a check of your fox 5 on- time traffic. there is a warp -- a warning for women in herndon because police are looking for a man that attacked a woman in broad daylight. >> sarah sim johns joins us more with the search for a suspect. sarah, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, steve and allison. i've been talking with commuters who are very concerned about this. this is a very busy park and ride. it was busy at 5:00 in the morning when it was dark. and they say it's busy all day. it's a very heavily populated area. it's between the dulles toll road and sunrise valley drive which is also a busy road. police are telling us a man tried to abduct a woman. and this was at about 4:15 in the afternoon. it was broad daylight. police say it was a 19-year-old woman in the area of the park and ride. she described him as a man in his 20s, a blackmail, wearing blue jeans, a cam flack hat and riding a bicycle. he grabbed her and pulled her into nearby woods and sexually assaulted her. this is an area where there is a homeless camp where the homeless tend to congregate even though no one was there at the time of the attack. in talking with a women boarding the bus who says she's usually hear at the time and is very concerned about what she heard. >> i didn't have any idea what was going on last night. but it's usually very busy here in the mornings. when i get off in the afternoon it's very busy. >> reporter: and it's very busy right now. police are out here we have noticed. a couple of fairfax county police officers have been patrolling out here all morning long. and we do understand that police are still investigating this and they are still looking for a suspect this morning. steve and allison, back to you. >> sarah, thank you very much. d.c. police are investigating a metro bus accident that eft a woman critically injured. this happened on mount olive road near gala debt university. the woman had just gotten off a bus when a second on passing by hit her. she was taken to the hospital. the bus operator that hit her is it -- is a veteran bus driver. metro will conduct it's own review as well. new this morning, a gas leak in northeast d.c. now under control but it was dicey overnight. hazmat crews had to evacuate blocks around bening road. a liquid hydrogen tank started to leak. part of metro rail was closed and the evacuation around that facility. the first doses of swine flu will be likely arriving in our area today. virginia is set to get 43,000 doses initially. maryland will get 50,000 by the end of the week. and d.c. will receive 35,000. >> so when can you get yours? if you're not pregnant or underlying health conditions, it could be weeks. hoar is fox's jonathan hunt. >> reporter: the race is on for the swine flu vaccines in the united states. on monday doctors, nurses and health care workers in both indiana and tennessee received nasal spray doses. >> i'm excited to be part of the whole initiative today and i show support to this project to get it out to providers in the community. >> reporter: full inoculations in nasal spray and injection form won't gear up until mid- october when at ast 40 million doses will roll out. more will begin arriving each week after that, the goal being about 200 million doses by the end of the year. >> this vaccine, and i hold it in my hand here, it is safe, it is not an experimental vaccine. >> reporter: even with the vaccine ready to go, government and health officials are still trying to get a handle on the disease. last spring new york city was hit hard by the h1n1 virus but since then other parts of the country have seen far more cases. mayor mike bloomberg says he may know why. >> it's possible that everybody got the flu in new york city back in the spring and just didn't know it. >> reporter: health officials say americans 10 and older will need one dose each of the vaccine and the regular winter flu vaccine. children under 10 will probably need two doses of the h1n1 vaccine about 3 weeks apart. in new program gave a short-term spike to auto sales, at some point the stimulus and spending will run out. >> so the real question is wt will happen when the stimulus dries out and what will replace the mcdonnell is leading creigh deeds 50-43% so a 7% lead for bob mcdonnell. but now his campaign has another controversy. first there was the college thesis. >> now it's a mcdonnell supporter who is apologizing for her tions. and gurvir joins us with this story. >> this doesn't involve a candidate, but sheila johnson, one of the wealthiest women in america. the co-founder of black entertainment television and a supporter of bob mcdonnell. johnson is now drawing fire for apparently mocking virginia candidate creigh deeds occasional studderring during a fundraiser johnson was throwing for bob mcdonnell in outlining the differences between mcdonnell and deeds, she was taped speaking to a group of wealthy mcdonnell donors and at one point she started imite johnson's studderring. >> bob mcdonnell can communicate. the other people that i talk to, and especially his 0-0- opponent,, when i interviewed him, he could not articulate what needed to be done. >> i'm disappointed. and i'll be honest, if it's about being smooth or slick communicator, i'm never going to win this discussion. but i work hard to be honest and forth right and tell people what i think. >> sheila jan son has issu an apology. there has been no comment from the bob mcdonnell campaign, but the national studderring association had harsh words comparing her remarks to somebody that happens to be in a wheelchair. >>
