reopened army/navy drive here from fern street to e street. everything flowing smoothly. when we arrived on scene a little before 5:30 this morning there was still a park police helicopter overhead searching for the suspects. arlington county police say where they made an attempted traffic stop and that two suspects bailed out of the suv and ran. that is why they had the park police helicopter up. when we got here we looked a little bit closer. there were police further down fern street blocking off army/navy drive and right in front of the residence inn that is where we saw them doing some investigation on that vehicle itself. that will vehicle to us and as we got a closer look also we could see that it had some damage to it. the air bags on the front passenger and also the front driver s side both had been deployed. there s also looks like some of the wheels also were flat and when i got a little front end damage as well so it appears to us obviously this suv struckin ....
