We did have some sleet and freezing rain, most that far has moved its way out now. Anything lingering will be close to the masondixon line, into areas of the northwest, where temperatures are a little bit colder. We really this freezing rain and sleet today. The temperatures were just not conducive enough to be able to produce anything in terms of any snow across the area, except for areas to the far northwest, in the Higher Elevations so we ended up actually as with the day progress, more rain full, things start today warm up little bit. Developing tonight, the attorney for dc sniper lee boy malvo is asking that a judge toss out his life sentence. Malvo was convicted in the 2002 shoot that killed ten people in the dc metro area. He was 17 at the time. Malvos lawyer argues the mandatory life sentence is illegal because the Supreme Court determines such sentences are unconstitutional for juveniles. The motion was filed yesterday, in a maryland court. Malvos partner in the shootings was executed back in 2009. Prince georges county police are still searching for a student who shot another student near Suitland High School on friday. Thirtyseven at fredericksburg. Over night lows overall expected to be into the 30s. North northwest, we will see some 20s, so little chilly and cold out there. And not the most pleasant.
