The judge telling him not to return to the Congress Heights metro stop. Thats where this all happened yesterday. He tells us he was there with his oneyearold daughter, they were coming here actually to the courthouse f for another hearing on a separate issue and thats when he said he came in contact with that metro police officer. Now, lets first tell you well show you the video and tell you what police and authorities are saying. According to Court Documents the officer says borum was attempting to evade paying the fare. It goes on to say borum entered an emergency gate not paying and the officer said he was going to write him a citation. In court papers the officer claims when he was given false information none identification he told times and when he refused, the officer escorted him out. Now, according to Court Documents, the officer said borum told him to come outside and fight me, im going to blank you up. But outside court, borum says that wasnt exactly what took place. He claims the station manager knew him and allowed him to pass through that gate freely. He also claims that he did not threaten the officer. A substitute teacher and youth basketball coach is under arrest accused of child pornography charges. Authorities say they found engaged in Sexual Conduct with each other and with adults. Reporter yeah, tony, this man had been a substitute teacher here at Bradbury HeightsElementary School for the past nine years. He was also a local basketball coach. He was a coach at south county sports academy. This is 34yearold Christopher Speights. The investigation began back in december of last year when the online Cloud Service drop box notified Maryland State Police of the content of his particular server. Investigators say speights drop box account was saturated with child pornography. Now, weve poured through the arrest warrant and the descriptions of the video simply too graphic and explicit to share here but Prince Georges CountyPublic Schools releasing a statement in the last hour saying pgcps is teacher Christopher Speights has been arrested. We will that cooperate fully with Law Enforcement in its investigation. Due to the nature of the claims, Christopher Speights will no longer serve the school district. Any behavior that brings harm to a child will not be tolerated in any way in pgcps over the past year we have made significant changes to increase student safety and remain committed to ensuring a quality education in a safe environment for all students.
