will be other executive actions too inclouding plans tory strekt immigration in muslim countries and restripingting refugee flows to the u.s. and controversial pipelines are one step closer to reality after the president signed executive orders allowing construction between canada and the u.s.. mr. trump went sure that materials for those projects are made in the u.s.. >> we're going to renegotiate some of would like, we'll see if we can get that pipeline built. >> also, president trump says he will announce pick to fill vacant supreme court seat next week. >> closer to home outrageous attack at a school bus stop a woman shot and children watching it unfolded. >> the latest for the search men are are armed and dangerous, good morning, annie. >> good morning, wisdom, maureen, police tell us this was domestic situation. domestic violence shooting that played out in front of about 15 school children right here at the bus stop behind me. this is oxon hill, maryland, intersection where the bus stop is win tlop and chester streets taken happened shortly after 7:00 yesterday and now we have a picture of the man that police provided us with and it's 42-year-old eugene sims as you mentioned he's considered armed and dangerous and according to a witness we spoke with sims jumped out of the bushes and tried to grab a young girl standing at the bus stop her and the girl's mother was heard saying you're not taking my child and the woman was shot by the suspect, grazed by a second bullet and she did survive and she's still in the hospital as far as we know and thankfully no one of the children got hurt. now, police tell us they knew who the shooter was early on because this was a domestic situation. but they did not release the name and photo of the suspect until about 6:00 last night. so we asked police why they deposit release the suspect info immediately letting the public know who to look out for and they told us at that time early on he deposit think he was threat to the public however once they did release the information, they also added on that he was armed and dangerous and advised people to not approach him and to call 911 immediately. so, obviously a very unsettled feeling here among the children's parents we spoke to a few yesterday. but, police right now still on the hunt for eugene sims he ha extensive background criminal past with multiple assault >> to a man virginia man is caused of shooting a fair fax county police officer. they arrested a man monday night. they spotted him pointing a gun in public. they have evidence that ties him to surprised's shooting in great falls. a fair fax country police officer tried to pull him over for a traffic stop and instead the officer says landon shot at the officers through his windshield and that officer was not hurt. police teens in connection with the shooting. and meanwhile in montgomery county listen to this the principal at spring brook high school is under fire for telling his cheer quad their routine at rival basketball game was too ghetto. according to principal silver spring school was at the silver spring school and approached by paint branch high school principal and that principal told williams his cheerleader's routine was too ghetto and that was relayed to the cheering team. they are boycotting their athletic department because of that comment. >> and michael thomas
