the race for the white house is shaping up to be another photo finish. will it be hillary clinton?? or donald trump? both candidates are still hot on the trail. hillary clinton was at a midnight rally in raleigh, north carolina. donald trump and his supporters were rallying supporters in grand rapids, michigan. on monday both camps spent time in florida. touting his florida ties as he talked with nearly 5- thousand people at sarasota's robarts arena. this just one of many stops for trump as he tried to sway voters in 6 key states. jimmy buffett was getting his digs jimmy buffett was getting in south carolina. 45-year-old todd kohlhepp is charged with killing four people more than a decade ago at a motorcycle shop. he was arrested after a woman was found chained 'like a dog' in a storage container on his property. he is also a suspect in at least three other murders and facing several charges. investigators will continue their search of the property today. an unusual crime out of new york city. the woman you see here is being pushed another woman in front of a subway train in times square. the 46-year-old was killed. police say the suspect has a history of psychiatric issues and when two police officers rushed to the scene and pulled up within a few feet of what they thought was the suspect. the officer in the passenger seat jumps from the patrol unit and fires, shooting and killing the young scenario with our team of experts.. show just how quickly the officer had to make a decision to shoot. i'm riding with allen bedjan...a former police officer and security consultant for critical intervention services. this all went down in just seconds, there was really no time to think. we asked retired fbi special agent oscar westerfield and retired c dennie from the pinellas county sheriff's office to watch the re- enactment and give us an assessment. both police veterans say the officers should not have pulled up directly next to the suspect. that placed the two man unit
