in south carolina. 45-year-old todd kohlhepp is charged with killing four people more than a decade ago at a motorcycle shop. he was arrested after a woman was found chained 'like a dog' in a storage container on his property. he is also a suspect in at least three other murders and facing several charges. investigators will continue their search of the property today. an unusual crime out of new york city. the woman you see here is being pushed another woman in front of a subway train in times square. the 46-year-old was killed. police say the suspect has a history of psychiatric issues and when two police officers rushed to the scene and pulled up within a few feet of what they thought was the suspect. the officer in the passenger seat jumps from the patrol unit and fires, shooting and killing the young scenario with our team of experts.. show just how quickly the officer had to make a decision to shoot. i'm riding with allen bedjan...a former police officer and security consultant for critical intervention services. this all went down in just seconds, there was really no time to think. we asked retired fbi special agent oscar westerfield and retired c dennie from the pinellas
