bridge street in south philadelphia. a man on a bike touched her inappropriately as she was walking home from work. other cases not far away remain un. someone shot a man riding a motorcycle in the head outside of steve's prince of steaks in northeast philadelphia. the shooting followed an argument next to the cheese steak shop on comly street. the 32-year-old victim's motorcycle crashed in the planned parenthood parking lot next to the steak shop. he is in critical condition. police don't know if he was the intended target. this morning the search continues for the shooter. >> teddy bears and cards and candles sit outside the home of an 8-year-old girl in camden who was killed by a bullet that wasn't intended for her. her mother and the community is pleading for the killer to come person has to be caught. >> call the police. >> reporter: the vigil was a rally for justice, gabby's cousin appealed to those in the crowd who were afraid to tell police about the gunman. >> despite the head. the driver is in critical, but stable condition at temple university hospital. the action cam right at the scene, shortly after 2:00 a.m. where the bullet riddled audi came to an stop germantown avenue and erie street. the victim was able to drive that far after being shot along the 1300 block of erie. police are looking for the suspects and trying to figure out a motive. new this morning, a three car crash in northeast philadelphia has sent two people to the hospital. the action cam was at that scene at harbison and bustleton avenues. those in the hospital do not have life threatening injuries. police are trying to determine the cause of the accident. >> this morning a reward is growing for information leading to the arrest and conviction in the murder of a little girl. hundreds gathered in camden last night. the little girl was shot in the head as she sat on the front steps of other own mom. a victim of a gun battle. the vigil served as an appeal for justice. >> we wave, it's uncomfortable at times, but not dangerous or oppressive. here's good news for the tropics. this system appears to be disorganized and raggedy. as it starts to enter the gulf of mexico, this is where we become concerned because gulf temperatures are in the 90s and the sheer begins to weaken. this is an environment conducive to development. where does it go? some of the forecast models and every line represents a forecast model. some of the models take it northeastward into the panhandle of florida and there's models that run it west from new orleans to houston, texas. it's a question
