philadelphia bar. he was standing on germantown avenue at hunting park avenue in hunting park. a dispute inside the triple play bar spilled into the street. four men started shooting at one another. the bullet hit the man in the arm and traveled to his chest. police are questioning two men in the case. the victim was taken to the hospital in critical, but stable condition. a railroad spike went through a car's front windshield and lodged into the dashboard as it went under an overpass on the 600 block of university avenue. philadelphia police say charges are being filed against the man suspected of throwing a railroad spike. police say four cars were hit. one victim went after the suspect and stopped him for police. i decided to go up on the train tracks, so when i want up on the train tracks, i saw a young guy like walking real fast toward me, so i approached him, but he tried to say it was somebody else that was throwing something off the bridge. officers say the suspect will facing a evaluate assault and related offenses. police believe an arsonist is responsible for setting fire to a car in south philadelphia yesterday evening. you can see the damage done to the
