philadelphia bar. he was standing on germantown avenue at hunting park avenue in hunting park. a dispute inside the triple play bar spilled into the street. four men started shooting at one another. the bullet hit the man in the arm and traveled to his chest. police are questioning two men in the case. the victim was taken to the hospital in critical, but stable condition. a railroad spike went through a car's front windshield and lodged into the dashboard as it went under an overpass on the 600 block of university avenue. philadelphia police say charges are being filed against the man suspected of throwing a railroad spike. police say four cars were hit. one victim went after the suspect and stopped him for police. i decided to go up on the train tracks, so when i want up on the train tracks, i saw a young guy like walking real fast toward me, so i approached him, but he tried to say it was somebody else that was throwing something off the bridge. officers say the suspect will facing a evaluate assault and related offenses. police believe an arsonist is responsible for setting fire to a car in south philadelphia yesterday evening. you can see the damage done to the older model nissan on dudley street. through ohio and that will bring cooler changes into our region, as we get into sunday. if you're heading to the south, southeast midwest across the western half of the united states, most of those numbers are close to where they should be for this time of the year. here's the only feature that we're watching. satellite and radar, you can see that counter clockwise swirl that's the cold front was released. mom decided to give back to the community, so we work with local schools for fundraisers. >> reporter: alisa's skills in the kitchen were auction the off at pope john paul school in philadelphia bar. he was standing on germantown avenue at hunting park avenue in hunting park. a dispute inside the triple play bar spilled into the street. four men started shooting at one another. the bullet hit the man in the arm and traveled to his chest. police are questioning two men in the case. the victim was taken to the hospital in critical, but stable condition. a railroad spike went through a car's front windshield and lodged into the dashboard as it went under an overpass on the 600 block of university avenue. philadelphia police say charges are being filed against the man suspected of throwing a railroad spike. police say four cars were hit. one victim went after the suspect and stopped him for police. i decided to go up on the train tracks, so when i want up on the train tracks, i saw a young guy like walking real fast toward me, so i approached him, but he tried to say it was somebody else that was throwing something off the bridge. officers say the suspect will facing a evaluate assault and related offenses. police believe an arsonist is responsible for setting fire to a car in south philadelphia yesterday evening. you can see the damage done to the older model nissan on dudley street. "action news" contained the surveillance video which allegedly captures the man leaving the scene. if you have any information about this particular case, call police. this morning there's a warning from wildlife workers in fairmont park. several people spotted a black bear swimming and wandering near the wissahickon creek. josh carson said he was fishing when he noticed the bear, but he realize he was safe, so he snapped is a few pictures. i would have ran the other way. >> reporter: wildlife officials if you head to the park, use caution if you're hiking and keep your dogs on a leash. the bear is possibly looking for are a mate and wandered too far. 7:34 if you're heading to the airport, homeland security officials are advising you to be extra patient as they take steps to ease wait times at the security checkpoints. long lines like this in chicago are all too common at airports. federal officials say they are aware of this. friday homeland homeland securiy secretary, jeh johnson said they will add more agents and increase overtime and add k-9 teams, but not compromise security. there will be wait times, we want the public to know we are working hard to alleviate the wait times in partnership with airports and airlines and insure that air travel remains safe and secure in this country. the tsa is working to enforce limits on the number and size of carry on bags.
