glassboro, 31. hammonton, 33. agenda beach 31. smyrna and dover, 35. sea isle closing in on 40. satellite and radar, just like yesterday we'll keep the skies bright and sunny. just a few high, thin clouds that's about it. looks like a fantastic finish to the weekend. 1:00 p.m. we're closing in on 60, 58 degrees, mostly sunny skies, 3:00 p.m., 60 degrees, 5:00 p.m., 59. the normal is 47 degrees, as you can see we'll ebb well above seasonal averages. coming up in a few minutes we'll be talking about a couple of systems heading this way. it will bring showers to the area, most of us stay dry, if you see the shower it will be brief and moves on its way. the next system is wednesday, it's stronger, but not a big deal. the third system arrives on friday that will mix with colder air from the north that could change the precipitation over to snow. when i step back inside we'll talk about all three of those systems and time them out on future tracker and have the seven day forecast for you. nydia. chris, thank you. developing out of northern virginia, a police officer is dead after responding to a domestic incident one day after she was sworn in. officer ashley guindon was shot killed, the other officers are recovering at the hospital. when they arrived a woman inside the home was shot and killed. a man be connectedded with the military was arrested. officer ashley guindon was sworn in friday after rejoining the department she had served previously. more than 100 patrol cars lined the roads outside the northern virginia hospital early this morning to escort her body to a funeral home. also developing this morning, and here at home, police are trying to determine if a man arrested near a northeast philadelphia wawa in connection with the robbery at that store is the same man who held up the 7-eleven in the city about an hour earlier. the action cam was along the 1800 block of bergen street where police say a suspect arrested after a foot chase was identified as the wawa robber as the store clerk. this is the wawa that was robbed at 2:45. the suspect entered the stores with a crow bar and demanded money and cigarettes. no one was injured. the police officer suffered an knee injury did you work the foot chase that led to the arrest. tomorrow this campaign goes national! women and damaged a produce store in lawndale. two women in the car were taken to einstein with injuries that are not life threatening. septa is looking for a man who stabbed a woman in the elevator of the septa station. this happened at the huntington station at the market frankford el in kensington. the suspect tried to rob the woman and stabbed her in the shoulder and knee. she was taken to landed a man in the hospital. the action cam was at the scene early this morning, the 4700 block of chestnut street. three men dressed in dark hoods broke into the apartment and tied up a man and hit him on the head several times. the victim freed himself and called 911. he is in stable condition. the suspects are on the loose. police are trying to determine if the home invairldz stole -- invaders stole anything. someone shot a man several times in the prides court apartment complex, the plan was rushed to christiana hospital where he died a short time later. fire damaged a row home in south philadelphia. when crews arrived in the 2600 block of emily street after 12:30. they found smoke coming out of the basement. firefighters got the flames under control. one resident was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation. investigators say the fire was sparked an an appliance in the about the same time. an entire home in grays ferry collapsed around a man who lived there. around 7:30 i heard a loud crack as if a tree was uprooting. >> reporter: then he looked out of his grays ferry apartment window and saw the house clapped. i ran to the front. building and asked if anybody was in there, i heard a voice from the back of the house hollering help. the man was taken to the hospital in stable condition and treated for back pain. he was rescued from the debris. they have special tools and equipment, because they were equipped they were able to excavate one person from the dwelling. >> reporter: the stand alone buildings had no violations. the cause is under investigation, but -- we had a lot of wind and severe weather, it makes the building more vulnerable, can't say if that was the cause, but it doesn't help. >> reporter: the neighbor said he spoke to the man who lived there a few weeks ago about the deteriorating condition of the buildings. the wall fell off, you could see could believe stoanls stoanls -- cobblestones, water seeps in and it caused structural damage. >> reporter: neighbors were thankful that the man wasn't killed. to know he is in medical care and will survive that brings joy to my heart. >> reporter: city engineers have been investigating but say they may never know what caused the house to collapse. city officials say they full house collapse like this one once every one or two years. miss new jersey kara mccullum is being laid to rest in arkansas. mccome aluminum died monday after -- mccullum died monday after being injured in a crash on route 55. to politics, hillary clinton has crashed bernie sanders in the south carolina democratic primary. clinton beat sanders by roughly 50 points. nine out of ten black voters voted for clinton. it propelled into the clear front runner status. we have gone through four early states, i want to congratulate senator sanders on running a great race and tomorrow this campaign goes national! we caught up with his grandson who posted the old photo saying grandpa was always his hero. he gave us the scoop, that's grandpa known as thomas today. 86 years young. these people realized i'm 86 years old. thomas and his sweet hatter live in oxford, pennsylvania. they think this is is a hoot with grand ma saying she got him first 65 years ago. she knew, he didn't. she met him bowling, they were bowling one night and met she decided to snap him up, she didn't give him much of a chance. >> reporter: he said boyds sharing a piece -- besides sharing a piece of history, what is better, it's stirring up history about the korean war. maybe bring history to the surface and get veterans to talk about it. >> reporter: he asked woe have lived his life differently knowing he was this attractive to other women, he said no. grandpa is a handsome man. and humble. even better, right?
