campus of rutgers. >> dog gone proof of the saying try, try again. >> that dog is so beautiful. i don't see how she didn't win on first try. let's go over to karen rogers much she's got traffic and dave murphy has your hack better. good morning. >> goohas your accuweather. >> you can see that down south there are some showers and seeing a few stars overhead so it could be that the sky cover you're seeing or that cloud cover is thin enough to allow a little bit of sunshine through later on and those showers by the way are only going to be around in southern areas and own until about nine or 10 o'clock this morning. 33 degrees currently in philadelphia. so grab that winter coat. 26 in allentown, 28 on the way out the door in reading. 31 in trenton. 29 now in wilmington as that number has dipped a bit and we're at 32 in millville. keep in mind the winds are not very strong this morning in a lot of spots calm. so you don't have wind chills but you still want that coat. as we go through the day we got some changes. zooming up to 45 by noon with a high of 50 around 2 o'clock this afternoon but at the same time the breezes are going to start picking up and those winds will start to knock those numbers down later in the day. by 5 o'clock, we're down to 42. and by 7 o'clock, all the way down to 38 degrees, a bit on the breezy side later today. gets colder and windy tomorrow but we're looking at a nice bounceback for the weekend. we'll talk about that in a couple of minutes. karen, what are you looking at early on on the roads and rails. >> just a little slowing right now on the vine street expressway starting to slow here westbound as you head towards the schuylkill expressway. you can see that first morning delay begin to kick in. don't forget tonight and tomorrow night crewsological shut down the vine in both directions at 11 o'clock. it doesn't reopen until 5:00 a.m. on the big picture i told you about an accident on the boulevard at goodnaw street. that has cleared. fire department activity in and north philadelphia lambert and toronto. avoid that area. new accident in limerick montgomery county on ridge pike at township line road. we're hearing a car hit a deer here. and also in lawrence township another new accident just coming in a second ago and this is the ramp from route one northbound to quakerbridge. this accident has shut down that ramp so you got to make a right on bacon's baskins road and that turns into young's road and that will take you back to quakerbridge. one more accident investigation going on and it involves a downed pole. it has been closing route 47 but it just re. oh that's one of the areas you're getting wet right now matt and tam. >> a gunman fired 15 shots outside of a philadelphia club on the 3000 block of castor avenue in the city's port richmond section at 11:15 last night. police say several men were leaving the penthouse club when another man walked up to them and opened fire. the men ran off and were not hit. a nearby business and a car were hit by the gunfire. we'll have a live report on this in the next half hour. a man kidnapped and punched a woman outside her own apartment in that delaware, then held her at gunpoint for a terrifying ride where he forced her to withdraw money from an atm. "action news" reporter katherine scott is following this story live from the satellite center. katherine. >> reporter: matt, the victim wall treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. police are still searching for the suspect and they're also hoping that there's someone out there that has surveillance footage that can help in this investigation. let's go to video from wilmington. this happened 8:45 monday evening at the top of the hill apartments off pryor road. the victim told police as she got out of her car in the parking lot a man in a ski mask approached her and pulled out a gun. police say he forced her back inside her vehicle and made her drive to a nearby atm on marsh road to withdraw money. police haven't said how much was taken. during the incident police say the suspect talked out loud to himself and punched her. they both then returned to the apartment complex where he released her and fled. the ordeal has left residents shaken up. >> i have a older son, he's 22 and i was like do you want to come home with me tonight. >> that could have been my fiancé walking out here with my daughter. could have been anybody and that was somebody's mom, somebody's wife, somebody's daughter. >> reporter: a $20,000 reward is being offered for anyone with information that leads to an arrest or conviction. we are live from the satellite center katherine scott, channel6 "action news. tam. >> okay, thank you, katherine. it is 6:05 and new this morning, police looking into an anti-islam poster found at rutgers. the poster found on a building deep pickets the world trade center towers and american flag with the phrase "imagine a muslim free america." on the bottom the poster has contact information linking the message top a white supremacy group called american van guard. the new jersey captor of the council on american-islamic relations called for increased security for muslim students. >> from our delaware news room new numbers coming in that show an increase in overdose related deaths in the first state. a health official says about one third of the overdose related deaths last year were fentanyl related. the synthetic pain killer can be up to 50 times more poet tender than heroin. there were 308 overdose deaths in delaware last year an increase from 2015. >> an investigation is under way into what caused a raging inferno that tore through an old hotel in the lehigh valley. the fire gutted the three story building in north whitehall township last night. it had been converted into a home. the fire on the 1800 block of rockdale road, look at that, ended up going to several alarms. no one was hurt. investigators are expected to go back to the scene today with what clearly will just be charred remains. >> down sizing is of the casino industries in atlantic city seems to have paid off for the gambling houses that managed to survive. maribel aber is live at the nasdaq in times square with our market watch report. hi, maribel. >> reporter: hi, matt. someone is winning here. atlantic city casinos saw a jump in gambling revenue last month, the seven casinos took in more than $204 million in january at the 7.7 percent increase over a year ago. and a revenue from internet gambling soared 28 percent from a year ago to almost 19 million. another day of records on wall street after federal reserve chief janet yellen sounded optimistic on testimony to congress. futures respect pointing to a mixed opened. report on retail sales and index of home builders due out later today. coca-cola rolled out sprite cherry and sprite cherry coke zero. coke says the two drinks are permanent additions to sprite's lineup. matt and tam i love those machines as long as they keep the ice full. >> yes. >> you need your ice. ice, ice, baby. >> but you know what, the one place where i let myself indulge in this really terrible things is at the movies nachos with jalapeño and an icy. >> i like the nachos with jalapeño. i don't like the icy. i don't know if i can take it. >> spicy food and sitting in a movie don't go with me. [laughter] >> storm tracker6 live double scan right now you see dry conditions across most of the region. obviously down south we're looking at some showers and we're getting a, todayer shade of greener and round dover right now so every now and then a slightly steadier shower. in cape may it's mostly that really light shade of green and that's just a very light sprinkle. nuisance rain this morning. this will be gone after about 9 o'clock or 10 o'clock. the rest of us dealing with some clouds including over the ben franklin bridge but they're thin enough where every now and then you see a star poking through and i think sun might be able to occasionally get through these clouds this morning before they break up a little bit later in the afternoon. it's cold as you step outside this morning. 33 degrees in philadelphia. still in the 20's in wilmington, reading, allentown, philadelphia may dip into the upper 20's for a bit this morning as well. 31 degrees in trenton, 32 currently in millville and 43 a little better in cape may. not much wind this morning. but cold enough for a coat. now, in terms of that rain down south, future tracker six showing you after about 10 o'clock it is off the coast and by 10 ooh. :we might even see some breakup in the clouds. look out for a snow showersnity poconos or a snow or rain shower in allentown. the rest of us probably see the clouds thin out and we wind up with brighter asian cans later today than early in the morning. pretty similar to yesterday actually. we did break out some nice sunshine in the afternoon. lehigh valley clouds and sun today, a brisk breeze occasionally, high around 46 degrees and the shore 48 degrees. we've got clouds and sun, breezy conditions there as well and in philadelphia f-50 degrees, clouds and sun. we'll probably hit these highs early in the afternoon, say, around 2 o'clock. and then that northwest breeze kicks in and starts to pull in cooler air. by dinnertime we're very likely down into the upper 30's in philadelphia and then overnight all the way down to 28, partly cloudy, brisk and cold with winds northwest at 10 to 20 miles per hour. not a super strong breeze like what we had monday but on the breezy side certainly. and then tomorrow the winds pick up. an area of low pressure is deepening as it gets out over the coast to our north and east. the winds whip down through the region, colder air in place, too, a high of 39 tomorrow and blustery winds giving us wind chills in the 20's during the afternoon. your seven-day from accuweather, today clouds and sun, breezier later today, 50 is your high early and then we slide a bit during the afternoon hours. windy and colder on thursday, 39 with wind chills in the 20's. then still breezy and chilly on friday with a high of 43. but things are still looking a lot better for the weekend. 57 degrees milder in the afternoon on saturday. sunday even warmer, 64 degrees. then it's still a decent high of 58 on monday, president's day. kids are looking at this and saying i got the weekend off, i got monday off, chomping at the bit to do stuff. looks like it's going to be nice on tuesday. >> they're going to want to go out and center in benjamins. >> maybe that. >> which are not featuring persons with a president. sorry. >> he tried. >> they're going to spend some georges. >> thanks for saving me. 6:10. murder mystery. a relative of north korean leader jim jong i wasn't gets leader kim jong un gets sick at an airport and turns up dead. >> airport trouble for harrison ford. >> starting to get slow on i-95. we'll take that you live coming up. up. fios in the house! dave this fios party is da bomb! fo shizzle! it's tv totally ahead of its time. yo, let me check that. oh snap. that x1 voice remote is crunk! and it lets me search with the sound of my voice. what should i watch? things have come a long way since you got fios. problems like one we've got right now. we can switch over that to limerick montgomery county. that's ridge pike at township line road. this accident involving a deer. another problem here in riegelsville in bucks county. 611 easton road and northbound is that blocked at durham road. downed tree, downed wires. it's been a problem much of the morning here. stick to durham and coffee town road to get area and round that. lawrence township mercer county we had this ramp closed but the accident was just pushed to the side so the ramp from route one northbound to quakerbridge road has reopened. that accident is kind of off to the side there. and galloway township they're dealing with a downed pole. they've got electrical crews trying to work on it. they're blocking the right lane of the white horse pike that's eastbound at pomona road. storm tracker6 live double scan shows while most of the area is dry if you look to the south you can see that rain. it has been slowly pressing a little northward so now wet in atlantic city and sea isle city and cape may in dover delaware almost in smyrna right now so some rain well south of the city but you're dealing with it in southern new jersey and cape may. it's cold in the northwest. 25 in quakertown and pottstown but you're dry there. it's 33 in center city, dry along the i-95 corridor. it's wet towards the southern areas like cape may where it's 43 degrees and dover, delaware, 39. so, well above freezing there, matt. >> thanks, karen. a pregnant teenager from new york city says police used a taser on her and now she is considering suing the nypd. 17-year-old rosario says she was inside her home on friday night when officers showed up. they were already in the building when they heard rosario's boyfriend fighting with her sister's boyfriend over a video game. police came to the door but rosario wouldn't let them in. she tried to leave saying she needed fresh air and then rosario claims police said she was resisting pulled her into a group of police and fired the stun gun into her side. rosario was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct vietnamese woman in connection with the death of kim jong un's half brother. kim jong nam was murdered in malaysia on monday. he was the holder son of kim jong il. it is believed that kim jong nam was poisoned. he was reportedly boarding a flight to visit his family when he fell ill and later died. >> the manager of a dairy queen in the midwest facing charge after a teenaged employee at that location committed suicide. 21-year-old harley branham is accused of harassing 17-year-old kenny suttner. the prosecutor is charging her with second degree involuntary manslaughter. friends say suttner was bullied for years at his high school before taking his own life. branham who is suttner's supervisor at the fast food place denies playing a part in his tragic death. actor harrison ford was involved in a near miss at an airport in southern california while piloting a plane. the faa is investigating the incident at john wayne fairmount santa ana. ford was told to land on a runway on monday but he mistakenly instead landed on a parallel taxi way flying over an american airlines 737 that was waiting to take off. ford is an experienced pilot but he has been involved in several incidents and accidents in recent years. >> 6:17. the four more progress is being made in the fight against hiv. the federal health agency says there's been an 18 percent decline in the number of infections across the u.s. they say the decline is even greater in hetero sexuals and people who inject drugs. the agency attributed the progress to public education efforts and treatment with medications that reduce transmission. >> the flyers begin a three game light rain down in cape may county and southern delaware and that will be passing threw up until about 10 o'clock this morning. 33 degrees currently in philadelphia. still in the 20's in allentown, you, karen. we start with developing news. a building and a parked car were shot up when a gunmen went after men who were leaving an adult club in port richmond. "action news" reporter annie mccormick has more on the story. good morning, annie. >> reporter: good morning, tamala. you're right a building was hit, a parked car was hit and police say that dozens of shots were fired. that's all according to witnesses. witnesses also say it appears that two to three men were the targets but police cannot find those men and at this point they don't even know if there were any actual shooting victims. take a look at this video. this is video from the scene. this all unfolded around 11:15 last night at the penthouse club on castor avenue. a gunman got out of the vehicle and opened fire. around the club police found strike marks and shell indicatessings. witnesses tell "action news" that they hid for about 30 minutes fearing that they would get hurt. here's what witnesses told police. >> there was two or three people after getting shot at ran back into the club and they ended up getting in a vehicle and leaving this location and they never at this time reported the incident to the police. but the witnesses told us that the shots were fired at these two to three individuals. >> reporter: and police are looking at surveillance video in the area. they haven't found any signs of blood. they've also checked at numerous area hospitals. so far no victims have come in. if you have any information, 215-686-tips. witnesses also say that the gunman was last seen running down the 3,000 block of castor avenue. reporting live outside of east detectives annie mccormick channel6 "action news." matt and tam, back to you. >> thanks annie. police in delaware are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to a kidnapper. the victim says a man with a gun forced her back into her car at the top of the hill apartments in wilmington on monday night, then made her drive to an atm and take out cash before dropping her back off at her apartment. the victim was not seriously hurt. police only have a vague description of the kidnapper. they mention that he seems to talk to himself. there has been an exodus of corrections officers from a delaware prison since the deadly hostage siege earlier this month. delaware governor john carney has called for an independent review of the two day uprising at the james t. vaughn correctional center in smyrna. it claimed the life of corrections officer steven floyd. as many as 17 officers have quit or retired since the february 1st uprising. the president of the delaware correctional officers association worries that the probe will go nowhere. >> my biggest concern is that we have another panel and we have another investigation and they put together another thick book and nothing becomes of it. that is -- that is every corrections officers' nightmare. >> governor john carney says the preliminary findings are due by june 1st and a final report by august 15th. >> questions about connections between the trump administration and russia are intensifying this morning. sources now tell abc news u.s. authorities have had cause to look into communications between the two sides leading up to the election. the news comes just a day after trump's national security adviser michael flynn resigned amid concerns about conversations that he had with the russian ambassador during the transition. while some cite flynn's discussion about changes to russia's sanctions as improper the white house says what led to the president firing flynn was not the subject of the discussions themselves but flynn's denial of the conversations for weeks. meanwhile a russian spy ship is making its way along the east coast in international waters. it was just 70 miles off the coast of delaware yesterday morning. u.s. officials say they are not concerned with the presence of the victor leoniv. the ship carried out similar patrols in that 2014 and 2015. president trump meets with israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu today. a senior white house official says rebooting the mideast peace process is a high priority. other topics expected of expected to come up include expanded israeli settlements and the potential of using the u.s. embassy from that tel aviv to jerusalem. >> 6:36 and darker shade of green suggests a little steadier rain south of dover and some of that push nothing into southern cumberland county and into northern cape may county for a lot of you this is just real light nuisance stuff though and it does look like it's going to be off the coast by about nine or 10 o'clock this morning. we have cloudy skies over on the shore. every now and then there is a brighter patch here or there and i don't think i'm going to teatlily rule out sunshine this morning although obviously there will be some clouds around and then later this afternoon we'll probably brighten up a bit. 33 degrees is the current temperature. winds are currently calm, though, so it's cold enough for coats but you don't have to worry about a strong wind chill this morning. in terms of rain, the new run on future tracker6 still shows that rain heading offer the coast after about nine or 10 o'clock and by noon we have some breaks in the clouds with maybe a little bit more sunshine across southeastern pennsylvania in particular. later in the afternoon look out for a snow or a rain shower popping through areas north and west of philadelphia. a little sprinkle might make it farther south but at the same time there is the chance of clouds breaking up and a lot of us seeing more sunshine later in the day. temperatures today are going to get fairly mild. by noon up to 45. your high of 50 then hits early, probably about 1:30, maybe 2 o'clock. and then in through here the breezes are going to start picking up and as they churn out of the northwest they'll start to bring in cooler air. by 3 o'clock we may still be holding i don't and to about 48. by 6 o'clock look how we drop all the way to 38 degrees and again, a 10 to 20 miles per hour breeze this afternoon keeping things rather chilly. as we take a look at high temperatures, expect all of these to hit in the early afternoon hours. 46 in allentown, 47 in reading, line in philadelphia or in wilmington. there's the 50 in philadelphia and millville. 46 in trenton and 48-degree readings down by the shore. tomorrow an area of low pressure and a related cold front are pulling away from us but the low is intensifying and wrapping around it we'll get cold air coming down from the north and also some pretty strong winds. look for wind gusts 35 to 40 miles per hour not as bad as monday but still noticeable and with a temperature of 32 indegrees on the thermometer we'll have wind chills making it feel like it's in the 20's through the day tomorrow. your exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast, campus of rutgers. >> dog gone proof of the saying try, try again. >> that dog is so beautiful. i don't see how she didn't win on first try. let's go over to karen rogers much she's got traffic and dave murphy has your hack better. good morning. >> goohas your accuweather. >> you can see that down south there are some showers and seeing a few stars overhead so it could be that the sky cover you're seeing or that cloud cover is thin enough to allow a little bit of sunshine through later on and those showers by the way are only going to be around in southern areas and own until about nine or 10 o'clock this morning. 33 degrees currently in philadelphia. so grab that winter coat. 26 in allentown, 28 on the way out the door in reading. 31 in trenton. 29 now in wilmington as that number has dipped a bit and we're at 32 in millville. keep in mind the winds are not very strong this morning in a lot of spots calm. so you don't have wind chills but you still want that coat. as we go through the day we got some changes. zooming up to 45 by noon with a high of 50 around 2 o'clock this afternoon but at the same time the breezes are going to start picking up and those winds will start to knock those numbers down later in the day. by 5 o'clock, we're down to 42. and by 7 o'clock, all the way down to 38 degrees, a bit on the breezy side later today. gets colder and windy tomorrow but we're looking at a nice bounceback for the weekend. we'll talk about that in a couple of minutes. karen, what are you looking at early on on the roads and rails. >> just a little slowing right now on the vine street expressway starting to slow here westbound as you head towards the schuylkill expressway. you can see that first morning delay begin to kick in. don't forget tonight and tomorrow night crewsological shut down the vine in both directions at 11 o'clock. it doesn't reopen until 5:00 a.m. on the big picture i told you about an accident on the boulevard at goodnaw street. that has cleared. fire department activity in and north philadelphia lambert and toronto. avoid that area. new accident in limerick montgomery county on ridge pike at township line road. we're hearing a car hit a deer here. and also in lawrence township another new accident just coming in a second ago and this is the ramp from route one northbound to quakerbridge. this accident has shut down that ramp so you got to make a right on bacon's baskins road and that turns into young's road and that will take you back to quakerbridge. one more accident investigation going on and it involves a downed pole. it has been closing route 47 but it just re. oh that's one of the areas you're getting wet right now matt and tam. >> a gunman fired 15 shots outside of a philadelphia club on the 3000 block of castor avenue in the city's port richmond section at 11:15 last night. police say several men were leaving the penthouse club when another man walked up to them and opened fire. the men ran off and were not hit. a nearby business and a car were hit by the gunfire. we'll have a live report on this in the next half hour. a man kidnapped and punched a woman outside her own apartment in that delaware, then held her at gunpoint for a terrifying ride where he forced her to withdraw money from an atm. "action news" reporter katherine scott is following this story live from the satellite center. katherine. >> reporter: matt, the victim wall treated for nonlife-threatening injuries. police are still searching for the suspect and they're also hoping that there's someone out there that has surveillance footage that can help in this investigation. let's go to video from wilmington. this happened 8:45 monday evening at the top of the hill apartments off pryor road. the victim told police as she got out of her car in the parking lot a man in a ski mask approached her and pulled out a gun. police say he forced her back inside her vehicle and made her drive to a nearby atm on marsh road to withdraw money. police haven't said how much was taken. during the incident police say the suspect talked out loud to himself and punched her. they both then returned to the apartment complex where he released her and fled. the ordeal has left residents shaken up. >> i have a older son, he's 22 and i was like do you want to come home with me tonight. >> that could have been my fiancé walking out here with my daughter. could have been anybody and that was somebody's mom, somebody's wife, somebody's daughter. >> reporter: a $20,000 reward is being offered for anyone with information that leads to an arrest or conviction. we are live from the satellite center katherine scott, channel6 "action news. tam. >> okay, thank you, katherine. it is 6:05 and new this morning, police looking into an anti-islam poster found at rutgers. the poster found on a building deep pickets the world trade center towers and american flag with the phrase "imagine a muslim free america." on the bottom the poster has contact information linking the message top a white supremacy group called american van guard. the new jersey captor of the council on american-islamic relations called for increased security for muslim students. >> from our delaware news room new numbers coming in that show an increase in overdose related deaths in the first state. a health official says about one third of the overdose related deaths last year were fentanyl related. the synthetic pain killer can be up to 50 times more poet tender than heroin. there were 308 overdose deaths in delaware last year an increase from 2015. >> an investigation is under way into what caused a raging inferno that tore through an old hotel in the lehigh valley. the fire gutted the three story building in north whitehall township last night. it had been converted into a home. the fire on the 1800 block of rockdale road, look at that, ended up going to several alarms. no one was hurt. investigators are expected to go back to the scene today with what clearly will just be charred remains. >> down sizing is of the casino industries in atlantic city seems to have paid off for the gambling houses that managed to survive. maribel aber is live at the nasdaq in times square with our market watch report. hi, maribel. >> reporter: hi, matt. someone is winning here. atlantic city casinos saw a jump in gambling revenue last month, the seven casinos took in more than $204 million in january at the 7.7 percent increase over a year ago. and a revenue from internet gambling soared 28 percent from a year ago to almost 19 million. another day of records on wall street after federal reserve chief janet yellen sounded optimistic on testimony to congress. futures respect pointing to a mixed opened. report on retail sales and index of home builders due out later today. coca-cola rolled out sprite cherry and sprite cherry coke zero. coke says the two drinks are permanent additions to sprite's lineup. matt and tam i love those machines as long as they keep the ice full. >> yes. >> you need your ice. ice, ice, baby. >> but you know what, the one place where i let myself indulge in this really terrible things is at the movies nachos with jalapeño and an icy. >> i like the nachos with jalapeño. i don't like the icy. i don't know if i can take it. >> spicy food and sitting in a movie don't go with me. [laughter] >> storm tracker6 live double scan right now you see dry conditions across most of the region. obviously down south we're looking at some showers and we're getting a, todayer shade of greener and round dover right now so every now and then a slightly steadier shower. in cape may it's mostly that really light shade of green and that's just a very light sprinkle. nuisance rain this morning. this will be gone after about 9 o'clock or 10 o'clock. the rest of us dealing with some clouds including over the ben franklin bridge but they're thin enough where every now and then you see a star poking through and i think sun might be able to occasionally get through these clouds this morning before they break up a little bit later in the afternoon. it's cold as you step outside this morning. 33 degrees in philadelphia. still in the 20's in wilmington, reading, allentown, philadelphia may dip into the upper 20's for a bit this morning as well. 31 degrees in trenton, 32 currently in millville and 43 a little better in cape may. not much wind this morning. but cold enough for a coat. now, in terms of that rain down south, future tracker six showing you after about 10 o'clock it is off the coast and by 10 ooh. :we might even see some breakup in the clouds. look out for a snow showersnity poconos or a snow or rain shower in allentown. the rest of us probably see the clouds thin out and we wind up with brighter asian cans later today than early in the morning. pretty similar to yesterday actually. we did break out some nice sunshine in the afternoon. lehigh valley clouds and sun today, a brisk breeze occasionally, high around 46 degrees and the shore 48 degrees. we've got clouds and sun, breezy conditions there as well and in philadelphia f-50 degrees, clouds and sun. we'll probably hit these highs early in the afternoon, say, around 2 o'clock. and then that northwest breeze kicks in and starts to pull in cooler air. by dinnertime we're very likely down into the upper 30's in philadelphia and then overnight all the way down to 28, partly cloudy, brisk and cold with winds northwest at 10 to 20 miles per hour. not a super strong breeze like what we had monday but on the breezy side certainly. and then tomorrow the winds pick up. an area of low pressure is deepening as it gets out over the coast to our north and east. the winds whip down through the region, colder air in place, too, a high of 39 tomorrow and blustery winds giving us wind chills in the 20's during the afternoon. your seven-day from accuweather, today clouds and sun, breezier later today, 50 is your high early and then we slide a bit during the afternoon hours. windy and colder on thursday, 39 with wind chills in the 20's. then still breezy and chilly on friday with a high of 43. but things are still looking a lot better for the weekend. 57 degrees milder in the afternoon on saturday. sunday even warmer, 64 degrees. then it's still a decent high of 58 on monday, president's day. kids are looking at this and saying i got the weekend off, i got monday off, chomping at the bit to do stuff. looks like it's going to be nice on tuesday. >> they're going to want to go out and center in benjamins. >> maybe that. >> which are not featuring persons with a president. sorry. >> he tried. >> they're going to spend some georges. >> thanks for saving me. 6:10. murder mystery. a relative of north korean leader jim jong i wasn't gets leader kim jong un gets sick at an airport and turns up dead. >> airport trouble for harrison ford. >> starting to get slow on i-95. we'll take that you live coming up. up. fios in the house! dave this fios party is da bomb! fo shizzle! it's tv totally ahead of its time. yo, let me check that. oh snap. that x1 voice remote is crunk! and it lets me search with the sound of my voice. what should i watch? things have come a long way since you got fios. problems like one we've got right now. we can switch over that to limerick montgomery county. that's ridge pike at township line road. this accident involving a deer. another problem here in riegelsville in bucks county. 611 easton road and northbound is that blocked at durham road. downed tree, downed wires. it's been a problem much of the morning here. stick to durham and coffee town road to get area and round that. lawrence township mercer county we had this ramp closed but the accident was just pushed to the side so the ramp from route one northbound to quakerbridge road has reopened. that accident is kind of off to the side there. and galloway township they're dealing with a downed pole. they've got electrical crews trying to work on it. they're blocking the right lane of the white horse pike that's eastbound at pomona road. storm tracker6 live double scan shows while most of the area is dry if you look to the south you can see that rain. it has been slowly pressing a little northward so now wet in atlantic city and sea isle city and cape may in dover delaware almost in smyrna right now so some rain well south of the city but you're dealing with it in southern new jersey and cape may. it's cold in the northwest. 25 in quakertown and pottstown but you're dry there. it's 33 in center city, dry along the i-95 corridor. it's wet towards the southern areas like cape may where it's 43 degrees and dover, delaware, 39. so, well above freezing there, matt. >> thanks, karen. a pregnant teenager from new york city says police used a taser on her and now she is considering suing the nypd. 17-year-old rosario says she was inside her home on friday night when officers showed up. they were already in the building when they heard rosario's boyfriend fighting with her sister's boyfriend over a video game. police came to the door but rosario wouldn't let them in. she tried to leave saying she needed fresh air and then rosario claims police said she was resisting pulled her into a group of police and fired the stun gun into her side. rosario was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct vietnamese woman in connection with the death of kim jong un's half brother. kim jong nam was murdered in malaysia on monday. he was the holder son of kim jong il. it is believed that kim jong nam was poisoned. he was reportedly boarding a flight to visit his family when he fell ill and later died. >> the manager of a dairy queen in the midwest facing charge after a teenaged employee at that location committed suicide. 21-year-old harley branham is accused of harassing 17-year-old kenny suttner. the prosecutor is charging her with second degree involuntary manslaughter. friends say suttner was bullied for years at his high school before taking his own life. branham who is suttner's supervisor at the fast food place denies playing a part in his tragic death. actor harrison ford was involved in a near miss at an airport in southern california while piloting a plane. the faa is investigating the incident at john wayne fairmount santa ana. ford was told to land on a runway on monday but he mistakenly instead landed on a parallel taxi way flying over an american airlines 737 that was waiting to take off. ford is an experienced pilot but he has been involved in several incidents and accidents in recent years. >> 6:17. the four more progress is being made in the fight against hiv. the federal health agency says there's been an 18 percent decline in the number of infections across the u.s. they say the decline is even greater in hetero sexuals and people who inject drugs. the agency attributed the progress to public education efforts and treatment with medications that reduce transmission. >> the flyers begin a three game trip in that western canada that starts tonight with a visit to calgary then edmonton tomorrow night. the flyers are battling to get into the final wild card spot in the eastern conference. a source with the sixers has confirmed to "action news" that jahlil okafor rejoined the team in boston and will play against the celtics tonight. coach brett brown had said earlier this week that playing shine through those clouds earlier. right now i'm looking over the terrace and there are some breaks here and there so we'll probably get a little sunshine early and in the same breath there's some light rain down in cape may county and southern delaware and that will be passing threw up until about 10 o'clock this morning. 33 degrees currently in philadelphia. still in the 20's in allentown, reading, wilmington, 32 in millville, 31 in trenton. not much wind to speak of. winds have been running calm across much of the region with those zeros on the map so we're not talking wind chills but it's definitely cool enough for a coat. and as we go through the day we have some changes for you. 33 degrees by 7 o'clock. we do go up to 45 by noon and a high of 50 probably around 2 o'clock this afternoon. but those light winds that we're experiencing now are going to give way to stronger winds as we go into the afternoon in particular and with the northwest breeze, the temperatures will tumble. 42 degrees by 5 o'clock and by 7 o'clock, down to 38. so, nice for awhile today but then breezier and cooler later in the afternoon and evening. tomorrow looks really chilly and windy, karen and then we're still looking at that nice turn around for the weekend. i'll have details from accuweather on all of that. for now what you got on the roads. >> just a jam on the schuylkill, dave. we had a disabled vehicle that has cleared but eastbound on the schuylkill because of that that disabled pretty jammed as you head from the boulevard to approaching spring garden. looking at all lanes opened but now still slow on the schuylkill. we have an accident here on paoli pike in west goshen township right at five points road. we had an earlier accident in limerick. it just cleared and ridge pike at township line road moving much better. over in riegelsville a problem with a downed tree. 611 blocked all morning at durham road. stick to durham and coffee town roads as your alternate n robbinsville we have an accident here, this is new in mercer county its on the shoulder on the turnpike southbound just as you approach exit 7a but no major delay there. matt and tam. >> okay, thank you, karen. we start with developing news. a building and a parked car were shot up when a gunmen went after men who were leaving an adult club in port richmond. "action news" reporter annie mccormick has more on the story. good morning, annie. >> reporter: good morning, tamala. you're right a building was hit, a parked car was hit and police say that dozens of shots were fired. that's all according to witnesses. witnesses also say it appears that two to three men were the targets but police cannot find those men and at this point they don't even know if there were any actual shooting victims. take a look at this video. this is video from the scene. this all unfolded around 11:15 last night at the penthouse club on castor avenue. a gunman got out of the vehicle and opened fire. around the club police found strike marks and shell indicatessings. witnesses tell "action news" that they hid for about 30 minutes fearing that they would get hurt. here's what witnesses told police. >> there was two or three people after getting shot at ran back into the club and they ended up getting in a vehicle and leaving this location and they never at this time reported the incident to the police. but the witnesses told us that the shots were fired at these two to three individuals. >> reporter: and police are looking at surveillance video in the area. they haven't found any signs of blood. they've also checked at numerous area hospitals. so far no victims have come in. if you have any information, 215-686-tips. witnesses also say that the gunman was last seen running down the 3,000 block of castor avenue. reporting live outside of east detectives annie mccormick channel6 "action news." matt and tam, back to you. >> thanks annie. police in delaware are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to a kidnapper. the victim says a man with a gun forced her back into her car at the top of the hill apartments in wilmington on monday night, then made her drive to an atm and take out cash before dropping her back off at her apartment. the victim was not seriously hurt. police only have a vague description of the kidnapper. they mention that he seems to talk to himself. there has been an exodus of corrections officers from a delaware prison since the deadly hostage siege earlier this month. delaware governor john carney has called for an independent review of the two day uprising at the james t. vaughn correctional center in smyrna. it claimed the life of corrections officer steven floyd. as many as 17 officers have quit or retired since the february 1st uprising. the president of the delaware correctional officers association worries that the probe will go nowhere. >> my biggest concern is that we have another panel and we have another investigation and they put together another thick book and nothing becomes of it. that is -- that is every corrections officers' nightmare. >> governor john carney says the preliminary findings are due by june 1st and a final report by august 15th. >> questions about connections between the trump administration and russia are intensifying this morning. sources now tell abc news u.s. authorities have had cause to look into communications between the two sides leading up to the election. the news comes just a day after trump's national security adviser michael flynn resigned amid concerns about conversations that he had with the russian ambassador during the transition. while some cite flynn's discussion about changes to russia's sanctions as improper the white house says what led to the president firing flynn was not the subject of the discussions themselves but flynn's denial of the conversations for weeks. meanwhile a russian spy ship is making its way along the east coast in international waters. it was just 70 miles off the coast of delaware yesterday morning. u.s. officials say they are not concerned with the presence of the victor leoniv. the ship carried out similar patrols in that 2014 and 2015. president trump meets with israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu today. a senior white house official says rebooting the mideast peace process is a high priority. other topics expected of expected to come up include expanded israeli settlements and the potential of using the u.s. embassy from that tel aviv to jerusalem. >> 6:36 and darker shade of green suggests a little steadier rain south of dover and some of that push nothing into southern cumberland county and into northern cape may county for a lot of you this is just real light nuisance stuff though and it does look like it's going to be off the coast by about nine or 10 o'clock this morning. we have cloudy skies over on the shore. every now and then there is a brighter patch here or there and i don't think i'm going to teatlily rule out sunshine this morning although obviously there will be some clouds around and then later this afternoon we'll probably brighten up a bit. 33 degrees is the current temperature. winds are currently calm, though, so it's cold enough for coats but you don't have to worry about a strong wind chill this morning. in terms of rain, the new run on future tracker6 still shows that rain heading offer the coast after about nine or 10 o'clock and by noon we have some breaks in the clouds with maybe a little bit more sunshine across southeastern pennsylvania in particular. later in the afternoon look out for a snow or a rain shower popping through areas north and west of philadelphia. a little sprinkle might make it farther south but at the same time there is the chance of clouds breaking up and a lot of us seeing more sunshine later in the day. temperatures today are going to get fairly mild. by noon up to 45. your high of 50 then hits early, probably about 1:30, maybe 2 o'clock. and then in through here the breezes are going to start picking up and as they churn out of the northwest they'll start to bring in cooler air. by 3 o'clock we may still be holding i don't and to about 48. by 6 o'clock look how we drop all the way to 38 degrees and again, a 10 to 20 miles per hour breeze this afternoon keeping things rather chilly. as we take a look at high temperatures, expect all of these to hit in the early afternoon hours. 46 in allentown, 47 in reading, line in philadelphia or in wilmington. there's the 50 in philadelphia and millville. 46 in trenton and 48-degree readings down by the shore. tomorrow an area of low pressure and a related cold front are pulling away from us but the low is intensifying and wrapping around it we'll get cold air coming down from the north and also some pretty strong winds. look for wind gusts 35 to 40 miles per hour not as bad as monday but still noticeable and with a temperature of 32 indegrees on the thermometer we'll have wind chills making it feel like it's in the 20's through the day tomorrow. your exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast,
