was seriously hurt. a tractor trailer driver got his cab stuck under an overpass in fairmount park. it happened at the entrance to martin luther king drive by the art museum. a fire broke out on a church property in chester county at 11:00 last night. the flames ignited in a modular building next to victory baptist church in chester spring. the building that caught fire was used as a classroom. nobody was hurt and the church was not damaged . there are 26 wild fires burning out west. the largest is so intense, california's governor declared a state of emergency. adrian bankart has the latest on the evacuations and damage. >> more than 30,000 acres burned and neighborhoods that look like war zone. the fire in san bernardino county causing 83,000 people to evacuate. some narrowly escaping
