moving into the gulf stream which is even warmer and it will encounter wind shear. what this means is that arthur will likely become a hurricane, it will likely track close to the outer banks of north carolina if not directly over it. these are all the computer forecast models, not one has it hitting atlantic city. some even farther. the main threat is on the 4th of july with rip currents. we'll get some winds in trance of this system and then we dry out. you have to be careful with the rip currents, the concern is the heat, the heat index make its feel like 94 degrees and 96 in dover,
