ntsb is saying nothing about the investigation as far as it goes and from the past the feds can be thorough and methodical. they look at everything human performance factors and mechanical issues and thank you. police in new jersey are trying to track down an abduction suspect who targeted a woman in camden county. it happened at 9:00 p.m. and a woman was smoking a cigarette in sicklerville when a man tried to pull her into his car. she was able to get away. police say that the suspect is in his 20s with patchy facial hair last seen wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt and dark pants and is driving a newer model suv. police want you to take a close look at this video. two suspects that allegedly tied up a man and left him in his juniata park home. the victim was left there for to days before his family tried to track him down and found him. he was bound and gagged with electrical tape and plastic ties. anybody with information is asked to call philadelphia police. a south philadelphia grocery store is sued by the federal government for selling improperly labeled chicken. the j and b market stored the raw chicken in unsanitary conditions and in one case they left the chicken sitting in the back of a pickup truck and another case they allowed it to sit unrefrigerated in an 80 degree room and then mislabelled as safe. all right we are heading for another run at moving through. the warm front is starting to lift to the north and what this will do is unleash the warm air to the south and west to move in for the next three days. philadelphia currently 57 degrees, down from the high of 58 degrees, put that in perspective. the normal high for this time of year the long-term average is 46 degrees and 58 degrees and tomorrow we bump it up another 12 degrees and friday another 17 degrees and saturday we'll also be unseasonably warm. tonight with a lot of clouds, partly cloudy skies and with winds out of the southwest temperatures are slow to drop-off. 7:00, 54 degrees and 9:00, 52 and our low the overnight low, 48 degrees, that is degrees higher than the normal high for this time of year. this unusual warmth and what is ahead. we have near record highs on the way and a line of rain and thunderstorms over the weekend that will cause temperatures to crash nearly 30 degrees, i'll talk about the big change on the way in the full priorities and the issues like the future of the epa and affordable care act and acknowledge they are upset with trump's agenda and that professional protesters are creating this rowdy meetings. and mayor jim kenney joined other leaders today as part of the national conference of mayors day of action and stress that repealing the legislation could have a negative impact on thousands of philadelphians. >> we are suppose to take care of each other and i know that is not in vogue today and not in vogue people running around the red hats, but we have taken care of each other in many ways over the years and we have to continue to do so. officials estimate one in six people does get health insurance through the afford abcare act. a bucks county town won a half million dollars prize the latest from the big board. >> doctors and coaches have noticed it themselves, more knee injuries, tears of the acl the tear of the ligament and it's happening at a concerning rate and according to the report of the journal of pediatrics, the number of acl tears in kidded went up more than 2% each year for the last 20 years and girls have a higher rate. the doctors writing the report believe that it's due to factors like girls playing more sports and playing with more intensity than they were 20 years ago and specializing in one sport at an earlier age that means doing the same thing over and over year round and putting extra stress on some joints. and speaking of sports it's not always easy for kids with asthma to exercise safely. there is one exercise that could keep them fit. and exercising in indoor pools could risk -- asthma attack, the humid air helps to keep their airways open. >> you get them in the warm pool and warm air, and teach them breathing they can do more with million activity than otherwise. >> as the kids lungs get stronger they lose the fear of asthma and get more confident. students that swim have fewer emergency room visits and fewer hospital stays. developing, tomorrow morning fog could be a problem for the morning commute and look at the temperatures, 48 in philadelphia and weather than our normal high for this time of year. allentown 41 and wilmington 46 and cape may 45 degrees, future tracker 6 showing tomorrow morning 7:30 lots of clouds and fog as well. by the afternoon breaks of sunshine and temperatures should manage to make it up to around 70 degrees, i don't think it's near the record high in philadelphia, the record high is 75 and wilmington has the best shot of getting close to the record and 1 degree shy of that 72 set back in 1985. that means we could all set record highs on friday. the five-day at 5:00, early clouds and fog warmer in the afternoon and high near 70, and friday the record warmth, 75 degrees, saturday almost as warm, 74 degrees and then a cold front brings us a round of rain and thunderstorms and best chance from 3:00 in the afternoon, 9:00 in the evening, behind that reality check, 46 degrees on sunday and it warms back up to 52 degrees and that warm-up continues into the beginning of march and adam will have details on that in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. >> thank federal budget and what he wants to see accomplishes during his first year in office but can america afford it. and a raging house fire is caught on video by a viewer and what happened in the home that saved the owner's life. and a thief is going to new lengths even if it means going on to the roof of businesses he is targeting. now the details, the latest memos outline a sweeping plan to detain and deport undocumented immigrants, but the white house insist that mass deportation is not the goal, meanwhile secretary of state rex tillerson could face tense meetings in mexico over the border wall. >> reporter: rick, the one time we saw president trump today at the white house, he didn't say anything about his new immigration guidelines, instead he stuck with the budget. >> today at the white house president trump talking money at his federal budget meeting. >> want the american people to know that the budget will reflect their priorities. >> no word on how they will pay for items on the agenda including the border wall and increase in border agents. but he called the currents budget a mess. >> we'll clean them up. >> and met with rex tillerson who heads to mexico to sit down with the president. the administration insists that that meeting is not a cleanup job after the president canceled his meeting at the white house last month. >> the relationship with mexico is phenomenal right now. >> the crack down has some immigrants petrified from being split up from their families. they put the 11 million undocumented immigrants at risk of deportation. ordered to deport anyone convicted of any criminal offense but they do not affect dreamers, those brought to the u.s. illegally as children. >> now the focus is on keeping the country safe -- >> trump is also expected to reverse president obama's directive regarding schools, in the past trump has indicated support for caitlyn jenner but the decision to allow transgender people to use the bathroom of their choice is up to individual states. >> stephanie thank you. meanwhile, vice president, mike pence visited a st. louis jewish cemetery where more than 150 head stones were damaged earlier in the week and said there is no place in america for hatred or acts of prejudice or anti-semitism. they are helping to restore the cemetery showing the love and care that americans need to see right now. and they hope that new auto can help track down the person that killed two teenagers. >> police believe that voice saying down the hill belongs to the man seen in this photo, investigators are calling him the main suspect in the murders of abby williams and libby german. it was from libby's cell phone. after they were dropped off for an afternoon hike and their bodies were found a day later. david muir will have much more on the killing of these teenagers and president trump's immigration overhaul. you can follow that after "action news" at 6:00. two people were attacked by thieves in their home in the east oak section of philadelphia. chopper 6 hd was over scene of walnut park drive. they forced their way in the home and tied up the two reads, they stole $200 and stroll a cell phone and left. from our new jersey newsroom. fire engulfd this home in middle township overnight and one of the homeowners four dogs started barking and the fire started and woke everyone up. the house here along the reed beach road, the cause of the fire is under investigation. a burglar is not taking the easy route when going after his next score and police say he is going to new heights by breaking in through the rooftop. vernon odom is live outside of montgomery county police. with video you will only see here on "action news." >> reporter: good evening monica, this serial burglar is on a role this month. a bit of a daredevil and accura bat as well. and goes in through rooftops and exits through side doors. >> this is a burglary monfebruary 13th in montgomery township. the agile bandit removed a vent on the rooftop and rifled three cash registers and got $300 in cash. he moved a heavy air conditioning unit and then worked from the duck work down into the floor of the building. probably went down like 15 feet. some 24 hours later the same man police believe wearing a similar bandana wrap went through the air vent roof at this deli and made off with an undisclosed amount of crash. a wiry black male possibly with a professional climbing background. >> the only thing that was exposed was his eye. they cannot link the burglar to the rooftop entrance into the massive costco store in king of prussia on february 6th, the only picture is the thief scampering across the parking lot, and he made off with thousands of dollars worth of high end jewelry. >> it takes guts to go through a building like that. we are aware that other departments have similar type burglaries. >> reporter: monica, the other police departments here including here in montgomery like him for a burglary in february 6th, a break-in at a flower shop. except this time he came in through the basement door. live from montgomery township, i'm vernon odom. channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. two thieves robbed two men within minutes of each other on valentine's day, and we have new video of those suspects, this is the second holdup at c and loudoun streets, two men are armed with guns chasing the victim into the alley and they took 135 dollars and hit him in the head with a gun and stole cash from another man blocks away. and if you recognize the gunmen please contact east detectives. crews will be repairing the 300 block of the road between pine and spruce streets, it was head set to close an our ago and reopen at noon on friday. use 18th or 22nd streets. time to get a look at the traffic story the schuylkill and the vine closes at 11:00 for overnight construction, this is route 1 the not so super highway in neshaminy, busy traffic as people avoid the pennsylvania turnpike and the connecter bridge and a construction warning along route 1 tonight at oxford valley road. they are shutting down the lanes at 9:00. bucks curb a crash at 412 and use 611 instead. in montgomery township a crash maybe you took a stroll at your favorite park and the action cam was out with nature here and it was ta time of year we got a little warmth and the grown is brown and signs of winter, despite that is the case, i took this picture in my yard today. i try to plant something in the yard that will bloom at some point throughout the year. witch hazels bloom in the month of february no matter the weather and it brings color to the landscape and then it will fade and other things start to bloom. a little bit of color with the witch hazel now in full bloom. check it out. take a look at temperatures, 61 in allentown and 61 in reading and 64 in wilmington and 67 in millville. with the wind off the water a bit cooler in cape may, the direction from the southwest kicks over the bay and other areas along the shore, 50s and 60s because you are not getting the wind directly from the southeast. low pressure is down over florida and that remains there, it's quiet across the country and the warmth is spreading from chicago to omaha and wichita. and many folks east of the rockies seeing 60s and 70s today and that continues into thursday and friday. back at home very unseasonably warm and patchy fog developing late and 41 in the suburbs and 48 in center city as we look at the numbers tomorrow, a little bit of fog and clouds in the morning and brighter afternoon much like today. 68 and warmer in allentown and 69 in trenton and 70 in millville and 71 in wilmington and 72 in dover, it sounds warm but we will again come shy of the records for tomorrow. tomorrow's record was set in 1874 close to when records started in philadelphia. it was 75 degrees tomorrow and won't reach that. wilmington has a good shot of it. around 72 maybe trying to tie back in 1985 and trenton the old record in 1874 of 74 degrees. 20 to 30 degrees above average on friday as a warm front lifts to the north and all of this heat so to speak, still building in the tennessee and ohio valley, we should break that by a degree and another warm day on saturday, awaiting a cold front. 74 degrees and between 3:00 and 9:00 we see rain and thunderstorms as this cold front bring a chilly change for the second half of the weekend. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast warmer afternoon and 70 degrees and mid-70s on friday, and we stay equally warm on saturday and most of the day is dry and late in the day watch the storms from the west and that will whip up the winds here on sunday and the sunshine returns and a high of 46, but that normal feeling is only going to last a day. and back to the "action news" delaware valley's leading news program. with ducis rogers, cecily tynan and jim gardner. wednesday night and a delaware state senator proposes increased pay for prison guards. but the big story on "action news" tonight is success towing that damaged train off the tracks. this is the way it looked this morning at at turn around look at the transportation center. armed with special equipment they finally removed all the damaged cars from yesterday's collision from the derailment from the frankford l. one is hospitalized in critical condition and john rawlins live from the scene tonight. john what is the latest from train service and on the investigation? >> well, as far as the investigation is concerned jim. it is at an early stage. the ntsb is on the ground and we saw twoeinspectors here at the site. it took heavy equipment and dozens of specialized workers and saws and cutting torches to finally cutaway the damaged rail cars and clear the tracks, removed to a nearby maintenance shop. where they will be investigated by the national transportation safety board. the collision occurs tuesday
