the video. when the propane tank ended up in the back of the rowhome. a mother and daughter remain in critical condition. the massive ball of flames blew close wyoming avenue. people in the area were left in shock. latoya paige suffered first degree burns. >> the fire came and hit me. >> i saw the flames coming out of the truck. i saw the woman on the ground. i started to scream. >> a mother and daughter were inside the food truck when it exploded. they were identified as olga golamez. >> my niece is hurt. we have not been able to communicate with anybody. >> and she was sitting in the share.
