Reporter searchers found human remains before noon saturday on abandoned property about 8 miles south of the charlottesville campus. Police believe they are those of 18yearold Hannah Graham who has been missing for more than a month. Thousands of hours have been spent by literally hundreds of Law Enforcement and civilian volunteers in an effort to find hannah. We think perhaps today proved their worth. Reporter the the university of virginia sophomore disappeared september 13 after a night out with friends. She was last seen on Surveillance Video with Jesse Matthew june a local taxicab driver. Matthew turned himself in when he was named a person of interest then fled. He was arrested in galveston texas. Hes charged with abduction with attempt to defile or sexuallily assault. Please, please help end this nightmare for all of us. A Memorial Service was also held for Thomas Duncan in north carolina. The liberian native has the first case of ebola diagnosed here in the u. S. And more than 100 people in ohio who came in contact with a nurse who contracted the virus from duncan are now being monitored. Hurrican gonzalo leaves its mark on the island of bermuda. Damage from the storm is extensive. Fallen trees tour down power lines and shut down roads. Fortunately there have been no deaths or serious injuries reported. Reporter it has been 10 months since the murder of amber long, the 26yearold architect walking with her mom purse snatched and shot on the side of the street in Northern Liberties tease. 10 months since a surveillance of the crime the shooter still out there. It was absolutely senseless. It was a tragedy. Reporter saturday a run inspired by ambers death created by people fed up with Violent Crime against women aiming to increase the reward for an arrest. Whats to say that this guy isnt out there still doing it and it is so, so important that he be caught. Reporter amber was shot here, the 900 block of front street at point blank range just feet away from her mother. Her mother would end up holding amber until she died. Organizers say they wanted to start the race here, stephanie says that was just too much. Instead, men and women from all backgrounds gathered for a 5k on another street in honor of a mother who will never stop fighting, a daughter who will never stop inspiring. This is for tomorrow night, early monday morning as temperatures up in the poconos could get to near freezing or even possibly below that. There is that dip in the jet stream, its pretty far south tomorrow. Thats going to bring the core of the coldest air through the delaware valley. So well struggle to get to the mid50s, a good 10 degrees below average. As we head towards monday and tuesday that jet stream kind of flattens out a little bit. That means some mild air will start to move in briefly before we see another shift in the jet, see another pocket of cold air moving in for wednesday and thats also going to be a storm system that brings some showers to our forecast. A lot of fall color showing up nicely in northern new england, were actually past peek and were peeking right now in the poconos so tomorrow will be a great day to check out some fall color. Little bit on the windy side but not a bad day overall with the sunshine.
