situation involving police in tactical gear in pembroke pines. i want to take to you sky 10. we're at that time an apartment complex right across from north perry issued airport, 8103 south palm drive. some residents were told to quickly evacuate. one woman said police were asking her about the layout of her apartment saying one, possibly two men were inside a nearby unit and police have been trying to get to him or to them. from the ground we have seen officials in tactical gear, several fire trucks, ambulances standing by. we were just asked a couple of minutes ago to leave the property, and we're told that an officer is coming out here right now to fill us in. we've also seenore police cars, ambulances leaving the scene out here and a few cars are being allowed in. we're gathering after hees cade a maximum security prison in mexico, and now the drug cord joaquin "el chapo" guzman is back in custody. as you mentioned, mexico's president posted on twitter "mission accomplished. guilty in court today. clem beauchamp pleaded guilty to three counts of hivers degree murder. he was immediately sentenced to three terms of life in prison. she was accused of killing felicia brown and her two children in west palm beach. the children's bodies were found in luggage. his employee comes before jury selection in his murder trial which was scheduled to begin on monday. beauchamp northeast 4th court and northeast 5th avenue. here's a view of i-95 right around the airport expressway. we do have an accident further to move slowly there. as we zoom on in to our maps you can take a closer look. so this accident is right at theairport expressway, i-95 northbound with speeds there at around 15 miles per hour. we also have a broken-down car that's causing some problems, this is drive. some residents were told to quickly evacuate. one woman said police were asking her about the layout of her apartment saying one, possibly two men were inside a nearby unit and police have been trying to get to him or to them. from the ground we have seen officials in tactical gear, several fire trucks, ambulances standing by. we were just asked a couple of minutes ago to leave the property, and we're told that an officer is coming out here right now to fill us in. we've also seenore police cars, ambulances leaving the scene out here and a few cars are being allowed in. we're gathering captured. >> laurie: mexico's president making that announcement about joaquin guzman on twitter today and our janine stanwood has the rest of the details. >> janine: it took seven months to find him after hees cade a maximum security prison in mexico, and now the drug cord joaquin "el chapo" guzman is back in custody. as you mentioned, mexico's president posted on twitter "mission accomplished. palm drive. it's an apartment complex. i want you to take a look at video we shot a short time ago. what we learned now is police originally responded to this location to a barricaded subject who was threateng suicide by cop after a brief standoff with law enforcement, authorities say they were able to safely reach this subject who was just taken to an area hospital, is in custody. some residents have been evacuated. others not let into this complex. crews are still out here, like i said, wrapping up this investigation, and some come back into the building. we're still gathering more court this morning in the building right behind me. let's show you some video. thinks christopher walker. he was booked not a miami-dade county jail thursday after being arrested in new york. he was 15-year-old is charged with firstegree murder, attempted murder, and shooting or throwing a deadly missile. all of this in connection to the october death of 17-year-old norish talibert. police say he fired shots into a car that thee wasserman schultz driving in a florida city parking lot. she sped off across the vacant lot and crashed into a tree. two passengers were hospitalized but were later guilty in court today. clem beauchamp pleaded guilty to three counts of hivers degree murder. he was immediately sentenced to three terms of life in prison. she was accused of killing felicia brown and her two children in west palm beach. the children's bodies were found in luggage. his employee comes before jury selection in his murder trial which was scheduled to begin on monday. beauchamp best. there, and shows those showers will stay offshore. the warmer air that has all of a sudden come into view, that's pretty obvious when we look at the temperature profile for florida. it's not here saturday. on saturday southerly flow continues, another warm day. ahead of the front we could have a few showers on saturday. the front gets a little closer on sunday. still warm on sunday, but janine: he'll be okay. a high school senior in north carolina is making headline for her skills in wrestling. >> victor: but what makes her oh exceptional is that she is legal blind. sheas been losing infertility for so many years. that baby was born yesterday delivered by c-section, six pounds, four ounces. >> by lovely mom offered to give me the greatest gift i cover in my life. a miracle happened and god watched over us. >> janine: surrogacies was closely monitored due to her age, 54. she was considered a health risk but everything looks like it worked out. >> victor: a very ghoul floating at the surface while mom was foraging for food. >> victor: rescuers were hoping that the sea otter's mom who hear its squeals and come to shore but no luck so the sea otter was taken to the bay aquarium, the monterey bay aquarium where it's being checked outed by vets. they're also looking into a permanent home. we'll take it. >> janine: yeah. >> victor: there's something new at zoo miami. an exhibit called amazing animals built to survive. >> janine: the exhibit shows visitors how different forms of shows how there are so many similarities. the biological systems plants and animals are broken down so visitors can actually see what it's like to live in theild. >> we're going to have it here for the next several months and what it does is offers different windows into the world of wildlife and how amazing it's adapted to its environment. what it does is fosters a greater appreciation l.t. about the magnificence and adapt a bust wildlife. >> janine: amazing animals
