A few officers were injured as protesters threw rocks and other Milwaukee County sheriff david clarke is asking demonstrators to stop targeting police. We keep focusing on the police. Ive said publicly before, stop trying to fix the police. Fix the ghetto. Nichole as far as the investigation into the shooting, police say the man they killed, Sylville Smith was holding a gun and refused to put it down running away from the officers. Today the Wisconsin National guard is expected to arrive to relieve local police. In new york city lots of delays and cancellns morning at jfk airport after reporting of gunfire forced an entire terminal to evacuate overnight. No one was injured. Police still arent sure if any shots were even fired, but we know that numerous flights to new york city from hopkins this morning are canceled.
