Reporter the scene is the same at new yorks penn station, a major transportation hub where commuter rails meet the citys subway system. Airports and train stations is meant to prevent a brussels style terror attack which targeted travelers for maximum impact. Airports and subways is the Perfect Place for them to conduct an attack because it creates the most fear. Reporter officials have trained for situations just like this. The kind of attacks in brussels are one of the many risks that the washington metro region studies, prepares for, drills for. Reporter dave snyder helps coordinate Emergency Preparedness in the nations capital. He says passengers have a role to play in keeping everyone safe. Dozens are injured after two one blast caved in a ceiling on stunned travelers and blew out the terminals windows. Cbs news has Learned Police found an unexploded device, possibly a suicide vest and a russian assault rifle. This woman was with her daughter who is now missing. Less than a half hour later, an explosion ripped through a subway station during the morning rush hour near the u. S. Embassy in brussels. And i will say this, cleveland fared the best out of all of these because you are on the lower half, which means you are not on the fattest side. Today would be a good day to get outside, take a long walk. It is gorgeous out there. Those Early Morning clouds finally breaking up. Temperatures warming into the 50s. But, with this front in the area, not just today, but all the way through tomorrow, i cant rule out a few stray showers this afternoon and again tomorrow afternoon. But the chance is really not all that impressive. Just a small chance for some passing light rain or drizzle. I dont even think it will be umbrella worthy if we see we top out at about 59 this afternoon. Partly to mostly cloudy. I think the clouds we have seen in the morning have cleared out. But, probably see a little more cloud cover rolling in through the afternoon. Pretty windy today, as well. Winds sustained up to 20 miles an hour. Potentially some 30 mile an hour gusts. Again, most of us will get through today and tonight rain free. But theres just that small little window for a stray shower or two midtolate afternoon and through tonight. Tonight, we fall back down to about 46. So, really mild weather in the forecast. This afternoon all the way through tonight and tomorrow, another day in the 50s. 56 for your forecast high. After a warm start, well have another slight chance for lateday rain tomorrow. But, just like today, the chance is really small. So, when are we going to see something measurable . The texas man had someone filming him while throwing a he thought he got away with it but someone posted the video and the Gulf Shores Police department responded with what you are looking at right now with the man, name, and arrest warrant on his facebook page.
