teachers are all being relocated to edgecombe county resource center. it is in tarboro and they start back this morning. hurricane matthew caused damage to their school and the students and staff of princeville elementary have underwater and everything was a loss. 80% of kids are still out of homes this trip has been rerouting buses to shelters and hotels other places to try to get kids to school. they will have to keep changing that as families move in the coming weeks and months. >> it's been hectic and chaotic to think about what the total have gone through losing their homes and toys. school supplies. well. >> reporter: this will be the school for princeville elementary for at least the remainder of this school year. coming up we tells you what lawmakers are proposing for how
