moment. this woman trying to park her car with a toddler strapped in car car rolls over the edge into the water with both trapped inside. with the cell phone camera rolling, witnesses called sterdam's 911. jumping in and swimming to the car. inside, a mother and toddler of time. you can see one man struggling with the car door. it opens, but the car shifts. more water floods in. air pockets then
