vote for the same person twice.the polls will open at six-30 this morning, and stay open until seven-30 tonight. stay with local 12 news as the votes are counted. from nine until ten on local12-dot- com, we'll stream a "your voice, your future election special" with reports from all the primary states. angenette levy will be talking to voters at price hill chili and the public is welcome to join her there. and we will have complete team coverage at 11 on local 12 news. 3 now to a story local12 was first to break ...a woman dies after a two-week battle to stay alive.and now her boyfriend could soon face a murder charge. 16-year-old hailey hall was in a coma for two weeks after someone left her in the hospital emergency room. she died yesterday this is her boyfriend, 34- year-old william arnold. he's the man police say beat charged with felonious assault and drug trafficking. but, that will likely be upgraded. 3 happening today ...a trial date could be set for two people police say were involved in several robberies in northside and clifton. damonta knight and julie freeman are due in court this morning ...knight faces charges of rape, kidnapping, and having weapons under disability.investigators say he robbed and assaulted several women at a-t-m's last year.freeman is accused of drving knight around while he allegedly robbed the women. she's charged with robbery, and receiving stolen property. 3 also happening today ...the brother of an ohio pastor killed in his own church is expected in court...68-year old daniel schooler is charged with murder.he was arrested for shooting reverend william schooler last month at the end of sunday services at saint peter's missionary baptist church in dayton.records indicate daniel schooler has a history of mental illness. 3 a muddy property in a local neighborhood doesn't look like a game changer.. but it's seen as a new beginning.kids stopped going to the because it attracted drug dealers.after several shootings nearby, neighbors voted to tear it down.local 12's deborah dixon went back and found it's already making a difference. 3 tot lot gang members arrested on federal gun and drug charges in 2010.the gang took the name of the playground built in the 70's . it was supposed to be a safe place for west end children. it lost it's way.bad things were happening around the linn street playground including murder." it wasn't safe for kids it was a charade that we wanted kids to play here"west end residents voted on the tot lot take takedown. voted to tear down the playground equipment. here it is today. no one hangs out here now. and when it comes to crime..it's already making a difference...
