You choose between the cancellation policies that the company offers. When you rent the facility you have to abide by that policy so read your contract. It would be a flexible policy, which would allow for a full refund if you cancel up to one day prior to your checkin date. Moderate or refund for cancellation at least five days prior to checkin. Or strict, 50 refund only if you cancel one week prior to checkin. Now, for hotels. Directly with the hotel you have to up to 24 hours before you check in to cancel. In many cases you wont have to pay a cancellation fee but it does depend on the hotels policy. Unless you paid up front. If you have already paid, you are at the mercy of the hotel. I spoke a number of students on campus who planned to attend todays event and told me it is a step in the right direction. Im pretty impressed that early on in your georgetown is starting off by opening up doors to all these conversations about race. I think it reaffirms the commitment to jesuit values. Renaming the buildings acknowledges that the original names were not something that we should have named those buildings in the first place.
