they arrive to find a man standing in a yard-- pointing a handgun in the officers direction and then, pulling the trigger. when the weapon appeared to misfire, officers took cover. just after eight a-m, ?????? exited the home and was taken into custody. there was, in fact, a live round found, which would indicate that he had, the gun had either misfired, or he ha so ... no doubt in my mind that he was intent on injuring the officers. bond is set at ?????-dollars. ????s next court appearance is scheduled for ??? ????. this is the latest, in washington county. steph thanks justin. the milwaukee county district attorney's office has cleared two milwaukee officers in a shooting that left one man dead. in may, officers jesse mattson and jason daering responded to a call of an armed robbery at an o'reilly auto parts store at 76th and mill. the two officers ordered one of the suspects, burt johnson, to drop his officers returned fire, killing him. one of the officer was hit by a bullet in his protective vest. the d-a says the officers reasonably used deadly force in this ?incident. another man-- 20-year-old gregory rounds -- has been charged for his role in the crime. foul play is not suspected in the death of a baby in milwaukee. yesterday morning, police responded to a home at 28th and wells for a report of an unresponsive baby. officials say three-month-old the scene. a 36-year-old man was arrested at the scene, but for charges not related to the child's death. milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting. it happened just after midnight near 43rd and hopkins. we're told two men -- ages 38 and 46 -- were shot when they confronted another man in the alley behind their home. the suspect then took off on foot. both men were treated for non-life threatening injuries. less than an hour later ...there was a report of another shooting at 24th and townsend. police have not incident. over the weekend there were six separate shootings incidents, two of which were fatal. we first told you friday about two men with milwaukee ties-- arrested for trying to support isis. today, one appeared in federal court in texas. 30-year-old yosvany padilla-conde is charged with aiding and abetting jason ludke-- in his alleged attempt to travel overseas to join the terror group. in court today, padilla-conde formally heard the charges to milwaukee. he's expected to appear in court in texas again before that happens. ludke is charged with attempting to support a foreign terrorist organization. he was driving toward mexico with padilla-conde when the two were stopped and taken into custody. we are just over three weeks away from election day, and wisconsin is proving to be a hot spot for campaigning. republican presidential candidate donad a campaign event in green bay tonight. we have team coverage of the stop, and the response. fox 6's mary stoker smith is in the newsroom with how democrats responded ahead of the event. but we begin with our myra sanchick. she joins us live from green bay with more from trump supporters. a crowd of trump supporters waited in line for hours to get into the k-i center for a last chance to hear donald trump speak in person, before colorful expression, costumes and outspoken individuals. with issues such as donald trump tweeting that the election is rigged. and a recently released tape of donald trump making lewd statements about women, i asked supporters about the tone. people don't seem to show any redemption .we make errors. i've made many errors in my life but we become better persons when we an error. i can become a better person out of this. being rigged doesn't necessarily mean the actual voting process has been rigged, it could mean the reporting of what goes on . battleground states that donald trump is stopping in. hillary clinton is not making campaign stops this week as she prepares for wednesday's debate. live in green bay myra sanchick fox6 news steph thanks myra. democrats are taking donald trump's trip to wisconsin as an opportunity to promote hillary clinton. our mary stoker smith joins us from the newsroom with an event held in green bay, hours before trump touches down. mary? democratic senator tammy baldwin was in green bay ahead of trump's visit tonight. the senator was joined by eighth congressional district candidate people to get out and vote early, as early voting is underway here in wisconsin. baldwin discussed the tone of donald trump's campaign, saying it's divisive. "95-17 do we know if he has weapons in the vehicle." waukesha county deputies say "he's going to take off." "10-4. taking off." that's martin pfefferle behind the wheel of a black nissan pick-up truck, it's the night of august 28th. deputies were heading to a home on lindsay road "are you able to lock yourself in the bathroom?" "i don't know." "go ahead and for a domestic violence call, but word came, pfefferle was going mobile. at 9:24 pm deputies identified their suspect driving west. "pewaukee units, leaving in a black nissan pick-up truck." pfefferle ignored the deputies emergency lights but wasn't exactly speeding away, "we're westbound on lindsay going 20." for ten miles, pfefferle led sheriff deputies on a low-speed car chase, "we're passing charter pfefferle hit? 40 miles an hour. in fact, through out most of the pursuit pfefferle stayed under the speed limit. " dodged stop-sticks we're going west on lisbon there is no traffic and he is on the wrong side of the road now crossing onto the correct side of the road. westbound lisbon from pewaukee, 35 miles per hour." twice, officers tried using "stop sticks" but the suspect swerved around.
