"it was coming into the back door, the laundry, the kitchen, part of the living room, the garage." a water main break yesterday had water surrounding marsha osting's home. it happened on 12th street between clark and wilson avenue. crews had to shut down several streets... but an estimated one million gallons flowed out before they were able to bring it all to a stop. now osting says the city is asking her to pay for the damage.
