Even with the 5 hike the mbta is looking at 242 million budget gap next year. A big reason for that is all the money they are paying out in salaries and overtime. Are making 100,000 or more. Rail operator make 30 more than the National Average and bus operator make 50 more than a National Average. And the most extreme example a maintenance foremen made 315,000 he was able to more than triple his base salary because of back pay owed him and working 2,648 overtime hour. A big reason for all of that overtime pay was the record breaking snowfall that happened last year. But now some people are asking for an audit saying the numbers seem way too high. Now add two eggs. The last step to add the sugar. Then combine all the ingredients. That bowl is now complete. You want to focus on dry ingredients including sifted flower. Put that in. Some cream of tarter and baking soda. You add to all wed ingredient and mix together in there. The key here is what . The dry ingredients little by little. Why is that . So it mixesen.
