night. this happened after 1 3-year-old rylan williams and 1-year-old mason williams were snatched. glsz -- >> they want the find the parents ryan and stacie williams who are not suppose d to have the kids. >> reporter: gayle and paul, good morning to you guys. police officers and deputies are on roads and highways like the one behind me all over the bay area on the look out for these two kids and these two adults. now, this is a picture that shows the missing children. deputies tell us they were with a care giver over the weekend when their mom, stacie williams asked to see them. when she arrived at the home in citrus county the deputies claim she assaulted a guard i ian and took off with the kids. she's believed to their dad, ryan williams. they are likely in a white 2004 white ford expedition heading to ohio or west virginia. those who knew stacie williams didn't have good things to say about her. >> the time i met her not too bright. like the elevator don't go all the way up to the top floor. that is my opinion of her. >> reporter: and there's a serious side to this of course. deputies believe that stacie and violence and drug use. here's another look at 3-year-old rylan and explosion in manhattan that injured 29 people on saturday night. another device went off at a marine corps rain in new jersey earlier that day. meredith is in the news center now with the latest attempt to disarm it. this morning the fbi continues to process the scene. the agency will not say the devices found in elizabeth are related to those found in seaside park, new jersey or in chelsea, manhattan. that's what you're looking at now. that's where that explosion saturday night hurt 29 people. an unexploded pressure cooker device was found over into custody in connection with the
