The first time was august 21st at the ace hotel on 29th street in manhattan. The woman allegedly removed a 55,000 watch from a man shed met after he fell asleep. The second was the following tuesday at the z hotel in queens, where she took the watch off a sleeping man. That watch was worth 50,000. Happening today with new york terror targets, city officials fight back against a proposed cut in terror funding. This is part of president obamas new proposed budget.
