>> no, i find it very alarming. that is ridiculous. >> you can look at the floors and you can see the crack bottles and all that below the floors. >> the daycare center plans to meet tomorrow night to talk with parents about what happened. a new jersey woman, still in a lot of pain days after a roller coaster accident at 6 was on the el torro wooden coaster seen here. some unknown object hit her in the face friday. her family said it knocked out 3 of her teeth. the park believes a loose item carried on by another rider hit the woman. in a statement you are seeing, the park says "the safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. our ride safety policy strictly new at 6:00 tonight, new york state police arresting and charging 3 men who climbed up bear mountain bridge. they found the men climbing the east tower of the bridge 1:30 this morning and when police told them to get down, they did. the men told police they were there to take photos, all 3 have been charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. there was no damage to the bridge. well, it happened again, someone using to threaten officers and call them out on bogus calls. cbs 2 news political reporter marsha kramer has this one. >> an unidentified captain here at the midtown south precinct received death threats and cops are in a bizarre series of incident involving calls on the emergency radio channels. at least a dozen calls have been received the last month to this weekend, sources say. officials say they have stolen police radio, rather someone who may have obtained the police radio frequency. the latest calls included radio 1013 call, an officer in need of help, it sent cops scurrying. >> he is tying up all the frequencies and causing officers to respond at high rates of speed, which puts the public at risk. >> association president roy richter worried threats to a midtown south captain, a death threatvulei 30th. >> remember how you put me in jail?
