That is a headline that just reaches out and grabs you for all the wrong reasons. Up to 14 years . Remember that the media member was seven. Seven years. We used to say a couple of years. Half of the women had more than seven years and half had less. Some women experienced the motor symptoms of hot flashes up to 14 years. Those are the symptoms we are talking about. Hot flashes and night sweats. Those are the ones that cause an inconvenience. Theyre uncomfortable emotionally and physically. It was so geographically and ethnically diverse. They found a number of things. Race and they fountain African American and asian women much less so. They stated that they start with the symptoms the longer they last. If you start with those hot flashes before you reach menopause, they are likely to last longer after your last president. A cruel twist. It starts earlier and lasts longer. For a lot of women its confusing. Is this menopause, perry menopause. How do you know . The is she basically when you are in perry menopause, the transitional period you may start skipping periods. By definition menopause is no period for 12 months. Is there any relief or anything you can do for hot flashes and sweats . We can categorize it as hormonal or nonhormonal therapy and behavioral modification. The hormonal can be oral contraceptives and replacement therapy. Nonhormonal is excellent results.
