leave. >> we captured it live. that's amazing. >> they fell out of communication after hurricane odile in mexico. by the way the remnants of that storm now causing problems for people all throughout the southwest. >> it really is. it's going to continue. it is going to be a long lasting system. let's look at the flooding and the storming in the southwest. this el paso, texas. you can see the heavy downpours. they have flash flood warnings in el paso overnight. they have high water rescues. parts of i-10 shut down, it continues today as we show you the latest the remnants of odile stretching all the way to south of austin, getting caught up in this stationary front. we are watching this activity. it is falling. the rain will continue and continue. we are looking at during the day today that remnant low, that's what's left of odile makes its way slowly to the east. as it does heavy showers and thunderstorms will start trend ising over the area. we have watch, warnings from democracy into west texas as far east as austin, flood watches as far west i should say east as houston as well. rainfall amounts, though they don't look that heavy, but an inch-and-a-half to two-and-a-half inches per hour in the southwest and up to three to five inches per hour in parts of southeast texas. that's where we will be looking at the big flood threat. there is a lot of rain that fell overnight in arizona. that's where we find dylan drooi dwyer. that thing looks fierce behind you. >> reporter: it is fierce here, al, all this is washing through the nogales watch. a lot of the water in this watch is actually the rain that hurricane odile dumped on mexico. up the way a little bit is much closer to full. more bridges that cross over this watch have been closed. we are seeing a a little heavy rain twisting further east. some areas across the southwest have picked up closer to five inches of rain. now, we do still have flood warnings in effect for this area. the nogales unified school district is closed today. some residents are staying. because of all the sandbag and overprepping that theyday did. it was just ten days ago for better caused deadly flooding in this same area. they say this time they feel they got the bullet. we'll see what happens further into new mexico and texas where now the heaviest rain is moving out. >> dylan dwyer, thank you so much. a chilling area in sydney, they say people were planning on gathering up people if sydney. >> good morning. australian officials say the counterterror police intercepted a phone call two days ago in sydney between the two men. one is believed to be a high ranking operative base in the middle east, running a network in australia. of course, the key u.s. allie in the war on isis. according to police the order was to sew isis' reach by carrying out and videotapeing a public beheading of someone you say picked randomly in the streets of sidfully police say the plot had been in the worked fractured bones and after another fight the next day, dwyer threw her cell phone out a window before she left arizona finally contacting authorities last week t. cardinals wasted no time releasing this statement, pulling him from all team activity. wednesday the carolina panthers announced greg hardy, the only player under scrutiny convicted in a domestic violence case is taking a voluntary movies. >> what could be a big break in the desperate search for a missing university of virginia student. new under surveillance video released tied to that case. >> reporter: good morning, this is the area where police now believe hannah graham was last seen late last night. they started looking for the man that they believe was likely seen talking to her just moments before she texted her friend she was lost and the second the cell phone went silent. overnight they released under surveillance showing this man following hannah graham in a downtown pedestrian mall. two minutes later graham is seen walking with the same man following her. shortly after it was released, police say the man in the video showed up at the police department and admitted following hannah because she appeared distressed, physically intoxicated adding he wanted to make sure he was okay. the man said he never talked about her and stopped fol her after he saw another man approach and put his arm around her. he told police it seems the other man either knew hannah or were trying to help. they are now looking for that man. meanwhile, other under surveillance images show her from earlier that evening outside a monita irish pub where she is seen walking by herself but never goes pence the bar. ten minutes later the second year uva student can be seen running then walking in front of this charlottes villegas station. police say no one seems to be chasing her. a frustrating police chief wednesday begged for answers. >> i'd be very disturbed that someone in this downtown mall did not see that young lead. pick up the phone and tell us something. >> students painted this plea for their classmate's safe return. meanwhile, graham's parents issued another statement wednesday saying it is totally out of character for us not to have heard from her, and we fare foul play. i had a chance yesterday to speak with the parents of a 20-year-old woman abducted and killed in this same area in 2009. they told me they feel a special kinship to heather graham's parents. at this time the police insist the cases themselves are not connected. nonetheless they have looked at the area, that rural area where the first woman's remains were found. they are also asking people who live in this area, especially if they own large tracts of land to inspect their property as well, matt. >> craig here's special anchor maria schriver. >> it's kind of like a full body buzz. i kept pushing out everything else in my life. >> reporter: in high school, andrew fulton was your typical good kid. a shy honor student and talented musician. but behind his family facts, andrew says he was an addict. not of alcohol or drugs but to the internet, surfing the web and playing video games up to six hours a day. what was it about the computer that hooked you? >> really like a therapeutic release. because you don't have to think about anything. all that social anxiety i felt in school just went away because i can be whoever i wanted to be. you kind of stay in that little high. >> reporter: his parents says typical teen behavior. >> it didn't raise alarm bells for us because he was still very successful kid. >> that's what teen boys do. they play games and it didn't jump right out and say, this could be aticketive. >> reporter: but in his first month at college andrew's habits spiraled out of control. >> i stopped going to classes and gained like sometimes 16 hours a day all through the night. sometimes i had like a piece of bread and cheese, that was my meal the whole day. >> it had such a hold on you? >> yeah. i kept doing it as long as i could. >> reporter: by the time his parents caught on. he flunked out and lost over 30 pound. >> i opened the door to a shell of a son, someone i didn't recognize. >> reporter: experts say getting hooked on the internet can be as debilitating as drug use. according to a survey, one out of ten people may show signs of internet addiction. well, to recognize this disorder in china. not so here in the u.s. the american psychiatric association saying further study is needed. >> i find it's a great puzzle because this is such a huge problem. >> reporter: hillary cash runs restart t. fishs international program for internet addicts him cloelt e loelted outside seattle, it's treated dozens of pen like andrew with same to hims. >> academic failure, poor few tristian. all these are the negative consequences of the videogame plays. >> reporter: is it like coming offer off a drug? >> well, it was -- it was a very organized project from the beginning. and i worked with a wonderful company called radical media. and i truly could not have done this without them at all. and i mean, it was a bit of multitasking, for sure, we were shooting the films on the weekends, and -- >> on your days off. >> right. and then right after we wrapped i went and shot quite a few of them as well. i mean, something like this is not -- it is obviously not work. this is an opportunity to grow and to learn from others. and i mean i would finish the weekend of shooting and just feel, i don't know, feel so much energy monday morning because it is just, you know, it was like a wake-up call. >> and last time you were here with us, you had -- >> you're expecting your third child? how is the parkinson's? >> i'm feeling better than when i had to get up at 4:30 in the morning and do the 12-hour days because -- >> you had to get up early just -- >> so the medicine would kick in so i could drive, a 45-minute drive and my kids were waiting outside the door to get in to have breakfast before class at 6:45. but i have a wonderful neurologist at the cleveland clinic. i just -- oh, my. just amazing. and i think they worked on what they call the parkinson cocktail of the right medicine blend through the years. and i'm telling you, as long as i get some -- get enough rest, i'm ready to party. >> it is fun with her. >> i bet it is. >> sometimes it is harder to be the one next to the person, the one who loves the person who is going through something than it is to actually go through it. you want to take it on yourself. i know she keeps you positive. we can tell just now. >> yeah, yeah. that's how she's been her -- as long as i've known her. always had this positive attitude and she doesn't let anything get her down. she's just a go getter and if something will start to get her down, she fights that much harder. >> and did you know she had written the letter to us?
