Starting off on 422 where we had it closed for most of the morning with an accident investigation. You can see on our maps were back in business. Would have used the camera but you cant see anymore because there are no lights on that part of the highway. Now that the emergency vehicles and police are out of the way, you cant see anything. 422 is back in business. Blue bell, a truck that ran that a utility pole, a closure there on north wales road around yost road. Heres the white horse pike around collingswood circle. All traffic moving along nicely. Roads are dry. Police are looking for a man girlfrie girlfriends ex, after police say that man broke into the womans house. Pamela osborne is live outside Police Headquarters in center city. Tell us how the situation unfolded. What happened here . Tracy, according to police, that exboyfriend tried to break into that womans home not once but twice. The first time they say the 33yearold tried to get in through a kitchen window. The woman who lives there is the ex and the mother of his two children. She and her current boyfriend were able to push him out of her marco street home. This is just after midnight. Thats when police say the first call to 911 was made. The caller told the operator someone was breaking in. Police tell us, excuse me, the people inside of the home heard a commotion. They went upstairs and found the ex managed to get in through a second story bedroom window. Police say first he got into a fight with the exgirlfriend, then her current boyfriend. The current boyfriend shot the man in the chest. Thats when another call was made to 911. This time, the caller said someone had been shot. Police found the 33yearold on the floor of that bedroom. They rushed him to the hospital where he died. The mans churn were also inside of the home as all of this happened. We know they were taken away by police to be interviewed. The boyfriend who police say fired the shot took off afterwards. Theyre looking for him right now. They say its important that he speak with detectives about exactly what happened there. Very important to note, its very early on in the investigation. So far, police have not said what, if any, charges will be filed as a result of this incident. Happening today, attorneys will hold a News Conference to discuss the results of think investigation into a railing collapse that injured fans at a snoop dogg concert in camden earlier this month. Nbc 10s Monique Braxton is live in camden with a preview. Attorney bob cmongaloosi wi sit down at his office on Market Street and discuss the findings of his legal teams investigation dozens suffered broken bones and bruises when a railing collapsed at the bb t in camden. Our camera arrived on the scene moments after the railing fell. The accident abruptly ended the live nation snoop dogg high road tour concert. Shortly after the railing collapsed, the attorney called for a moratorium on concerts at the venue. He believes the tragedy is similar to the railing collapse in 1998 at philadelphia veterans stadium. That occurred during the army navy game. Now, a cadet almost died in that disaster. A man wrongly convicted of murder and rape is enjoying his first morning as a free man after being locked up for 25 years. This is pretty amazing. Nbc 10 was there as Anthony Wright left the fromhold correctional facility in northeast philadelphia yesterday. The jury acquitted the 44yearold after dna evidence proved his innocence in the death of a 77yearold woman in 1991. That evidence linked the crime to a man who died in 2013. Wright thanked the Innocence Project for helping him win a new trial. I feel like im the luckiest guy in the world. I feel like theyre my Guardian Angels and saved my life. I want to do whatever my granddaughters want to do. I want to do whatever my grandson want to do. I just want to be grandpa. I just want to be dad. Later today, wright will meet the jurors who acquitted him. 5 36. Now to decision 2016. Hillary clinton heads west for fundraisers in california and a rally on thursday in nevada. Meantime, donald trump will hold a rally today in florida and mississippi. Yesterday trump sentc his runng mate, mike pence to our area. Pence stopped at tech tube incorporated in king of prussia. He told the clinton that Hillary Clinton will raise taxes and send more people into unemployment. Pence visited a bucks county manufacturing plant where he said donald trump is committed to getting more americans back to work. Pence made a quick stop in norristown to get a haircut. Donald trump has been softening his pledge to deport 11 million undocumented immigrants. At a rally in texas last night, he did not back off his promise to build a wall. We are going to build the wall. And whos going to pay for the wall . Trump also took aim at Hillary Clinton, accusing her of favoring what he called massive amnesty for undocumented immigrants. Trump is expected to unveil his full immigration plan next week. Clinton is under fire for her growing controversy surrounding the clinton foundation. Donald trump is leading a call for a special prosecutor to investigate after reports that 15,000 more emails could be released before the election. A bucks county family take on the u. S. Navy over contaminated water atc local military bases that got into their drinking water. Toxic chemicals called pfcs were used in firefighting foam. The giovannis lived across the street from willow grove for 13 years. Test results of their private well revealed 40 times the amount of pfcs considered safe over a lifetime. The navy has rejected requests by lawmakers, including Governor Tom Wolf to pay for largescale testing. Officials say the navy wont pay because experts have not found any value in that kind of testing. It is movein day at two major universities here in our area. A recordbreaking 5100 freshman will start moving into Temple University today. The class of 2020 will be the largest in temples history and they come from the biggest pool of applicants the university has ever had. Temple classes are on monday. Meanwhile, some 2,500 penn students are also moving in today. The new College House will be home to freshman. It includes dorms, a cafe and public areas. The new College House is the first built from the ground up as a planned dorm. As students move in, many are unaware of the new laws designed to protect them from Violent Crimes such as sexual assault. Safety officials met yesterday with senator bob casey to talk about the challenges they have in keeping up with the new laws designed to care for students after a crime is committed. We want to make sure if colleges and universities are called upon to comply with what we hope they will comply with, that the federal government gives them the resources. It says colleges and universities must address Sexual Violence in communities and provide resources to students who need them.
