Tonight, hes scared, but you can see from this exclusive video inside his hospital room, he looks like hes going to be okay. He and his family were in the kitchen making a snack. Thats when the madness broke out behind their home in this Public Housing complex. Everyone heard the shooting. Good pow, pow, pow, whole lot of that. Marks family hit the floor, mom yanked him down hard, dad got on top of him. I thought i was shot, he said, no, dad, im shot. I said, no, youre not. I opened my arms and he had a hole in his chest. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital. Mom yanked him down at just the right time. The bullet went into his shoulder instead of his heart or spine. Hes going to be okay physically, but hes now terrified of his own neighborhood. Hes a good kid, and hes strong. Hes not letting it get him down. Hes in high spirits, he just doesnt want to go back in the house. Chester police arent saying much about the investigation. Meantime, police are now looking for the two suspects who called in a fake order and then kidnapped the driver. When the pizza order came in last night, this man checked the address and headed out the door. Like anybody, you take the delivery. But his coworkers say this routine delivery turned into a setup, the two suspects ordered him back into the car at gunpoint. Surveillance cameras capture them speeding away with the innocent Delivery Driver kidnapped in his own car. One guy in the back, one guy in the passenger seat. They made him drive off. And one says give me all you have. We are here to rob you. The victims brother tells nbc10 the suspects eventually pulled over and demanded crash. He gave them everything he had. Everything, everything, and they say the money you have is too small for me to let you leave. We have to kill you. But the 60 wasnt enough, so the suspects ordered him on the ground. Lay him he laid down. He is now in surgery. His family praying he survives. He recently came to this country from ghana, delivering pizzas to support his wife and young daughter. Make some money to feed our family, to get a better life. The only thing we are here, to live. Police spent the night looking for those two male suspects, both in their mid20s. They abandoned the drivers car and remain on the run. The pizza shop here tells me this does not happen often, but they call it a dangerous job. Theyre working with detectives toified those two men. Police say quintus clark turned himself into Police Headquarters before 10 00 last night. Hes accused of strangling and murdering joseph daley in his home last tuesday. Police linked clark to the murder after the 19yearold made off with daleys work fan. Clark is facing several charges including murder, robbery, and other related offenses. Im stressed constantly, and i just dont want them to get away with it. She tells us for years she allowed United Health care to automat clack debit her account to pay her premium. She said she cancelled her coverage with the company in march and switched to a new provider, but in april, they continued to charge her account, taking out 246. It might not be a lot of money to a lot of people, but its a lot of money to me. For weeks, she called the company for a refund, but tells us each time the Customer Service rep repeated what she already heard. So sorry. I apologize. But i will put you in for a refund. I said, wait, wait. I have been put in for a refund three times. She said thats when she decided to call nbc10 responds. I wanted to get my money back, if you can. We contacted United Health care.
