today is wednesday june 8th good morning i m jim donovan. i m brooke thomas, we are getting started with weather and traffic with katie and meisha. good morning. good morning, happy hump day. looking good. still very quiet. other than construction we are looking nice. definitely starting off on a quiet note. there will be a few showers that role through midday but little disturbance but generally speaking not causing too many headaches. we are looking at storm scan three here locally no problems at the moment but we will zoom it out and there it is off to the west a little bit of shower activity primarily now moving in the alleghenies, lower highland area but that is scheduled to make its arrival here as early as 9:00 other clock across western suburbs and it does move through midday. that is only issue we will face here today, upper level le disturbance pushing through where that is getting triggered. in the meantime it is a heck of a lot cooler then this time yesterda
