Yes jacqueline the snow is going to be moving this way, perhaps a little bit more slowly as far as getting heavier is concerned and its coming and why we have a first alert weather day out for tomorrow. It will be slushy snow and big red flakes as they come down and the afternoon rush and heaviest of that snow north of the pennsylvania turnpike. You can see the general trend to the east. This area is interesting, the beginning of the development coming right at us. When it first starts it may be light and not cause a lot of problems, and may fool you a little bit because later on in the morning, the snow gets heavier, reduces visibility starts sticking on things. Thats this crash happened around 9 00 tonight and the bucks county attorney has now confirmed two of the people in one of those vehicles was killed. The driver in the other vehicle may have been cut out of his car. That person was rushed to the hospital and that is the person who is now being tested for dui. The protesters were angry at a decision not to charge the Philadelphia Police officers who shot and killed a man during a traffic stop. Those demonstrators interrupted a forum with philadelphias Police Commissioner and District Attorney. Randy gyllenhaal is live. A lot of frustration on both sides. Reporter jacqueline the protesters wanted to confront police. Many of them were arrested. Police just wanted to have a Community Meeting here in northeast philadelphia. That was interrupted by a very loud and disruptive protest. It was supposed to be a small meeting, cops and citizens talking crime. Commissioner ramsey was here and d. A. Seth williams. Minutes after it kicked off, protesters crashed the party, upset about a recent Police Involved shooting. And it got violent fast. Chairs went flying protesters chanting at police even march marching towards the commissioner. In this cell phone video, you can see an officer getting pushed around. Police arrested 10 protesters and many others were kicked out of the meeting. Were not going anywhere until we get the answers. Reporter theyre angry about todays decision not to charge a philly cop in the shooting death of Brandon Tate Brown shot in december authorities said he was reaching for a gun. These cops are not accountable to the fact they murder people. We found what the Police Officers did on december 15th related to Brandon Tate Brown, while sad, was not criminal. Reporter the 10 people arrested could face Disorderly Conduct charges and commissioner ramsey said this melee is not a good way to start a discussion. Philadelphia police pulled him over in mayfair. Today, the District Attorney show showed police struggling with him and photos of the gun inside the car he was driving. Tatebrowns family members say they want all the evidence released to the public and say they plan to file a civil lawsuit. Philadelphia police have two teenagers in custody. They say a 15yearold killer is still on the run. Theyre looking for the shooter in this case of a father who was murdered while walking his dog last week. Detectives released his picture today. He is a freshman at overbrook hool. High school. He and two other teenagers wanted to rob someone last week in overbrook. They went after this man who was walking his dog because he looked like an easy target. They pulled a gun on him. He instantly turned. They said empty your pockets. He tried to reach out for them whatever a real slight struggle and ultimately they shot him one time. Police arrested 15yearold Brandon Smith and charged him with murder. Officers also arrested a 14yearold, who will face lesser charges.
