one block away from the spot where police say a taxi driver was shot 13 times and according to investigators the 56-year-old veteran driver with the philadelphia taxi cab company refused to a ride to an individual who was acting suspicious that exchange took place at 42 and ogden street. a block away from the scene of the crime. and moments later around 2 a.m. police received multiple calls including cheryl's notifying them of shots fired. >> it's a lot ever shooting around here all the time. all the time. >> and police are being ing for a black vehicle seen leaving that area at the time anyone with any information should contact police. reporting live in west philadelphia, alexandria hof, cbs3, eyewitness news. >> alex, thank you have much. police are now investigating three separate shootings in west philly. the first shooting happened at 12:40 this morning in the 200 block of north 52 treat stree street. police rushed the 16-year-old victim in this case to chop where he later died and second shooting happened at the exact same time and this one at 56 treat and whylosing avenue and medics rushed that victim to the hospital. he is stable. five minutes later there was a third shooting in the 5700 block of spruce street. that victim was also pronounced dead. police are trying to determine whether or not these three shootings are in any way connected. and now in other news tonight, preparations are underway in washington d.c. for friday's inauguration of president-elect don bell. cbs correspondent wendy gilette takes us to today's dress rehearsals. >> with a wave to the there's sunshine to kickoff the monday. and clouds starts to increase from southwest to northeast through the day tomorrow. and could see a passing sprinkle as we head to tomorrow night and this particular model m bringing in scattered spotty showers tuesday morning i think the precipitation could be a little more widespread and even in the morning. but again looking light in intensity and as we head late day into the evening hours we will likely see heavier pocket of rainfall tuesday evening and tuesday night before the moisture clears out as we head to midday wednesday. for tomorrow,
