report police have charge jacob patrick sullivan, with kidnapping, rape, murder and slew of other charges in connection with the brutal killing of young grace packer, and investigators say he conspired with sarah packer , grace's mother to kidnap grace and murder the teen. >> the hours and the days leading up to her murder were probably the most horrible, traumatic that any person should ever have had to experience. >> reporter: bucks county district attorney, laid out the gruesome details, of a murder of 14 year-old grace packer. d.a. says 44 year-old jacob patrick sullivan, conspired were 41 year old sarah packer, grace's mother to kidnap, rape and murder teen as part of the sick rape/murder fantasy. >> she was raped, the defendant also prior to this committed an involuntary deviant sexual intercourse on her, and then she was poisoned with medication and left for dead. >> reporter: only she did not die, after leaving the scene investigators say that sullivan and sarah packer found young grace alive, and sullivan, choke her to death. >> unfortunately grace packer was a disposable child to these people. >> reporter: according to the criminal complaint sullivan and sarah packer began planning murder in the fall of 2015. they executed the man july 8th , and grace's the mother report i had her his sing the next day. her later actions raised suspicions of investigators, break in the case came december 30th when sullivan attempted suicide, after days in the hospital, he confessed to the staff, and police. >> the question becomes, who were going to alarm fire ripped through an apartment complex in gloucester township, new jersey. flames broke out around ten at lake view apartments on the 500 block of lower landing road. it took fire fighters around three hours to put the fire under control. no details on how many units were damage but thankfully all resident did make it out safe ly. a man is dead this morning following a shooting in the feltonville neighborhood. man was shot around 11:00 last night the in the 4200 block of mccallister street. he was rush to the hospital where he died from his injuries. the shooting happened near the venue night club, investigators are right now interviewing eyewitnesses and checking outside surveillance cameras, no details on the suspect at this time. now to the latest on the investigation in the deadly airport shooting in fort lauderdale, "eyewitness news" has determined one of the the airport shooting victims has connection toss our area. terry andrews grew up in millville, new jersey. the airport baggage claim area and was there but was not harmed. >> i cannot imagine her being there going through all this and the kid, i can't imagine how it the will happen. >> reporter: terry was raised in millville and relocated to the virginia beach area, before meeting his wife, the couple lives in florida on route to a caribbean cruise. the loving father of two girls , and proud grandfather to three terry was a 1972 graduate of millville high school and always made it a point to attend class reunions just as he always made it a point to call his unk toll check in. >> we were just talking at christmastime. he calls all the time. it was almost like, one of my kid. >> reporter: andres worked for norfolk nave will shipyard but back in his millville teen years helped out at
