teacher involved in a brawl at lincoln high caught on camera. we now know that philadelphia police are charge ago this 16 year-old with aggravated assault. and here's a look at video in question now making round on social media we are blurring faces. police say an in class argument between that lincoln teacher and students triggered this fight. at the end of the class in the hallway eyewitnesses say the fisticuffs began with the first punch reportedly thrown by the 16 year-old, video later shows both teacher and student trading blows. now "eyewitness news" is withholding the name of that teacher, involved and witnesses say that the fight was violent, and city school superintendent doctor william hite says he will get more details about this from lincoln high's principal. >> i saw him throw one punch. but kid was throwing a lot of punches. the kid swung and hit him right here and it opened up. >> i never want an incident where teachers and students are fighting that is highly problematic for schools. >> at the time doctor hite had not seen video. he said once he does an inquiry will begin that will be fair to both teacher and student and they will go from there. only and darnell jesse and this video captured the fight on pep seventh inside recess lounge in olde city. authorities say that the fight started over a bottle of champagne and ended, with the officers in the hospital. our investigation confirmed that our clients were attacked, beaten, and sustained serious permanent bodily injury as a result of the assault and our investigation has confirmed that the shut down part of the interstate 58 in the area and then some people started looting trucks and setting items on fire. this came after late last night when large group gathered at apartment complex when this four three-year old hand was shot and killed by police. take a look at his picture news in the news room this morning, four three-year old keith lemont scott, shot and killed by police tuesday afternoon investigators say he had a gun but scott's family says he was unarmed. soon after, hundreds in charlotte flooded streets to protest, law enforcement in riot gear stood by as spending his retirement in the kitchen. >> he volunteers to teach cooking but as ukee washington shows us he is really paying back the people that helped him. >> reporter: this volunteer says he might never have found his calling if he had become homeless. we caught up with him at burlington high school. >> do you need any help just find me. >> reporter: paul carton is culinary coach of this free cooking class, the menu, pizza, healthy, homemade. >> i really am trying to be healthier. >> reporter: class is all adults, except maybe for paul. >> he is the manchild. >> reporter: paul is a joker but he has been through a lot in 2012 he lost his wife to cancer. month later he lost his welding job. not long after that he broke his hip. >> so, i actually became home less for a short period of time. >> reporter: paul ended up in a camden shelter that offered free cooking classes taught by food bank of south jersey. >> i have always enjoyed cooking. my mother taught us all how to cook. >> reporter: cooking gave him purpose and he met a volunteer who became his wife. once paul as back on his feet he offered his teaching skills to the food bank's healthy living coordinator tricia yo. >> he is married to one of our other volunteers and he is now out, helping us and we could not ask for a better volunteer. >> reporter: paul teaches preschool to senior citizens. >> it was wonderful, the best class i have ever taken. >> reporter: fellow volunteer and teacher linda says that paul has something special. >> the kids love him, you know, i brings a lot of joy to the classroom. >> if it wasn't for the fact of me breaking my hippy wouldn't getting involve in the food bank. i only work for smiles. >> reporter: which makes him a very rich man. >> cheers to paul. >> and to all of you. >> substance abuse issues in our area. >> that is correct. >> cool story, local man who dealt with substance abuse issues himself has teamed up with an area fitness sent tear push some wait the wait around and push people to a healthier lifestyle. since 1989, americans celebrate and work to increase the awareness of drug and chill recovery during the month of september. fishtown resident andrew is using national recovery month as a springboard to open up more eyes. through his get fit for recovery initiative he hopes to inspire. >> get fit for recovery is an event that create is awareness for the disease of addiction. september is national recovery month. i wanted to plan a event to create awareness for the disease of addiction. >> reporter: last week get fit for recovery took over the steps of the art museum as nearly 200 people turned out to went the word and raise money for recovery advocates of america. mister knows all too well about the lows of addiction. >> myself i'm in recovery and i use health and fitness as a way to overcome that obstacle. >> reporter: mister who has been sober since january 25th, 2013, needed help in recruiting local rest tents for the cause. he turned to tom, marketing director of city fitness. >> when i read his e hail and learn about what he was trying to do i immediately responded to it because frankly i'm also in recovery and fitness played a huge role in my recovery. >> reporter: every day 129 people died from a drug overdose. as part of his quest to get conversation started honorary coverry he began planning challenge on facebook and has the gotten over 30,000 views. tom, andrew and i decided to planning for 1:29, hopefully to help open eyes too. >> if you or someone you know can benefit from a program like this, go
