stable condition after he is shot in the neck, at philadelphia's logan section. police say it happened on the 4900 block of north warknock street. a macingly after the victim was shot he was able to make it to the friend's house where they called the police. he was wearing a black baseball cap and track suit but motive is clune. a 23 year-old man is in, critical condition this morning. he was shot in the head and hand around 9:30 last night. chopper three over 2,000 block of bridge street in frankford. investigators don't know what prompted the shooting and they have made no arrestness that case. new jersey state troopers are investigating a deadly crash in burlington county. chopper three over the scene after the crash last night, car was traveling along northbound lanes of i295 when it went off the road and ended up in the wood in bordentown. we are told victim was found trapped in the vehicle and then later died. the issue with philadelphia's sugary drink tax head to an appeals court. judges in pittsburgh will hear arguments over legality of the tax. it is tax 1.5 cents per ounce on sugary drinks sold in philadelphia beverage industry claims their drinks are subject to a state sales tax and as a result, consumers are being hit with a double tax. city however arguing it is not a sales tax because it is leveed on distributors and in the retailers. today we should philadelphia, lehigh valley, berks county, no visibility problems, this morning, and temperatures, they are feeling g60 degrees right now in philadelphia, wind west at 9 miles an hour, we are chillier down the shore with cooler temperatures allowing that if you go to settle in. 45 degrees is current temperature close to that dew point so we are seeing foggy conditions. forty-seven in the poconos, little breezy as we have a wind child there before our day to day across the region it will be a beauty when that fog clears out, mostly sunny, 65. poconos look good, nice, 68 degrees. we will top out at 68 under sunshine in philadelphia. but tomorrow, it is going to be a much different story. we have flood watch for a large portion of the area up and down i-95 corridor, including philadelphia,
