coming up ... a report on smart financial resolutions to make while ringing in 20-16... you're watching kwwl. application. www.wpr.petfinder.com lovey... gorgeous little domestic longhair female, born mid-october 2015; was part of a litter of 4... probably 1-2 day old orphaned babies... who were turned into a vet office and they called and asked wpr if we had anyone who could bottle feed them. thank god we had a wonderful foster mom who is very experienced with newborns of all species, 12/1/15. three of the original litter of gray tabby female who came in just a couple days after they were are absolutely adorable and precious! all three are cutie pies - a right 1/2 of her face is solid gray - like she's wearing a mask! she is lovey! purrs all the time and loves to tackle and play and snuggle with the other kittens! just a little sweetheart! kittens in this combined litter are all females... lovey, dovey and braille. they were originally listed as 'the christmas their first fvrcp vaccination, and one of the original group of 4 and the little gray tabby were tested for felk/fiv and are negative, so the other littermates will be, too. it is always best to adopt kittens in pairs... if you have room in your heart, your home and your budget! they really do much better with a snuggle buddy and playmate, especially when they are very young. they need someone to play rough with and get out some of on, and if raised together when quite small, they do usually become great companions for each other, especially when left home alone. they keep each other out of mischief, too! lovey, dovey or braille's adoption fee is $75.00. this group of little females more than likely will not be mature enough or have enough weight on them to be spayed before christmas, so if they go home before they are 3# and able to be spayed (health permitting), their adoption fee will include a refundable $25.00 spay deposit, which will be returned upon request when proof of spay is sent to wpr, as required by our organization and the state of iowa. unless health would not permit, they should be spayed on or during that 4-month age span, because kittens can mate as early as 4 months, with females being able to become pregnant at 4 months and give birth at 6 months of age while still a kitten herself! they will also need at least 1-2 more fvrcp vaccinations, and their rabies vaccination at 12-16 weeks, whichever your veterinarian prefers. they currently are not parasites, but it is not unusual for kittens to harbor worms their entire lives; you cannot kill the eggs, they must first hatch and then they can be killed by deworming. "until there are none, please adopt one; so they aren't blue, why not adopt two?" we are a no-kill 501-c-3 non-profit rescue. all donations are tax deductible. we do not have a shelter. all pets live in foster homes. we only adopt to indoor homes. to see an animal, you must fill out an application first and then once approved, we can set up for you to meet the animal you are interested in. we do background checks on all applicants. if you have assault, domestic abuse, or drug charges please do not apply. if you have questions, please send an email to waverlypetrescue@mchs i.com all animals see a vet for shots and normal exams. if they appear healthy and there are no extensive testing is not done. this is normal procedure for pet rescues and shelters. waverly pet rescue puts a lot of money into medical care for each dog and cat we take in. $150 is the average cost for resolutions kicking in... chris clackum tells us about one financial experts have another reason to celebrate the upcoming new year... a survey finds more is that people are feeling a little more optimistic going fidelity investments... who sponsored the study... that found the most popular financial resolutions include paying off debt... spending less... and definitely saving more.
