Right now the department of Homeland Security is only funded through friday and congress is at an impasse. The driver of the truck is cooperating with investigators . The wife of a truck driver arrested today following a Train Derailment says the collision wasnt her husbands fault. Police in oxnard say the 54 yearold truck driver took a wrong turn on to the tracks and then abandoned his truck. His wife says the truck stalled and he jumped out before the collision. The impact derailed the five car metro link train. At least 28 people were hospitalized including four in critical condition. The arizona truck driver is now charged with felony hitand run. And so are rights attorney shannon says so are complaints of officer misduct.
