The suspect is described as a 36 36yearold black man. About 67 tall. Theres word that the Court Workers have voted overwhelmingly to start a strike. A spokesperson said more than 91 of the members voted yes. A strike date has not been is set but it could happen at any time. Members of seiu1021 says that the courts have enough money to give them a raise but that they wont bargain in good faith. They say managers are not offering no raise at all. New information on a series of fires set in the east bay over the weekend and the two men now under arrest for arson.
