Hartman still went through the scenings for weapons and explosions. She was stopped and turned away by an alaska employee. Once again, sneaking around a family to get past a southwest agent and onto the plane. This woman, although she was harmless, next time, we might not be so lucky. Reporter east bay congressman, Eric Swallwell says hes concerned no one sounded the alarm. Hartman has been arrested several other times for trying to sneak on planes at sfo. You would hope that somebody who is known, has a prior record of trying to get on a plane, somebody so determined would be apprehended rather early in the process, and not after she has already taken the flight. The violence led to a state of emergency being held in liberia. Doctors say too many are not receiving the necessary treatment. Some leading experts are calling for experimental serums to be released. Testing for the virus can be an involved, and lengthy process. Work is underway to try to develop a new, and faster test. Amber lee tells us about a company thats developing a prototype that can test people on the spot and then get those results back quickly.
