someone to fly in and they haven't left, they may be delayed. there's a couple flights from the bay area canceled to and from denver. nothing like that in the bay area, it's cold. football fans are no one was home, right? >> the firefighters say it's a total loss. you can see some of the damage, you see the right giving a view of what's left of the rooftop. investigators will be at the home to make sure the fire isn't suspicious. the cause is unnobody, they don't know -- unknown. it could take a while to figure out what went wrong. no one was living in the house at the time. it started late last night. fairly close to the zoo. it was a one-alarm fire. firefighters don't believe anyone was living here at the time of the fire, the battalion chief thinks it was partly under construction. >> we believe there was more fire load than in the average home. >> that extra fire load if that's the cause of the fire may have played a role, there may have been more flammable materials than in the typical home. the goal was to keep it from spreading to neighboring homes. the neighbors saw the flames, it was a neighbor who saw the fire and called 911. we'll hear from him in the next report an hour from now. time is 5:33, was it the weather, old age or both. investigators want to know why a tree fell down in a san jose park and killed a man. brian flores with more and what happened. >> all the questions will be worked out by investigators, when our crew spoke with people in that area they are on edge because of concern other trees in that area may fall. when police arrived the man who was riding or walking his bike was pinned under the tree and had died. the tree was estimated to be 60 to 70-feet tall and 2 to 3 feet wide. there's felon see of -- plenty of questions. >> the base of the tree is next to the water, whether yesterday's rain storm and the winds and the water levels increasing could that have been an accumulation, a malady that infested that tree. that's to be determined. >> this morning ann arborist will examine other trees near where this fell. one witness described the tree fallings a loud boom. police say the family of an elderly man came to the scene multicar crash. the suspects fired shots and sped away in a gray altima. seven people were hurt including the three suspects. police say the injuries were minor to moderate. they don't know if anyone in the car was hurt. that vehicle was not involved in the crash. police want your help to identify two people who robbed the store at the east ridge mall. this shows the man and woman who are considered suspects. it happened at the j.c. penny store. the woman was confronted after she placed several items in her purse. a man yelled let go of my sister and hit and kicked the security officer. the man had a young child in the video. el cerrito police will wear body cameras. the department is working out the details on how the buy and use the devices. the plan is to have officers turn on the cameras anytime they interact with someone. to determine plans to hold public meetings before they send the final plans for approval. super bowl city has taken over san francisco. football camps. some are being given tents for two people who raised thousands of dollars. the paper cites scoot wiener who says the tents are enabling the homeless to stay on the streets. and the city are confiscating the tents. there's a ray of hope for raider fans. mark davis expects the team will remain in oakland next season. he's negotiating a one year lease extension. while the raiders explored
