fire department is investigating the latest fire at a homeless camp at the start around 8:30 pm at a campanile interstate 5 80 along 35th and magnolia street >> near the emeryville city border. firefighters say the fire burned about a dozen tents and sent a large plume of smoke into the air. there were no reports of injuries. the fire is under investigation. a cooking fire burned a homeless
