possibly and north of that -- we are -- north bay. mar in is supposed to get rain but it looks like the folks aren't quite as concerned about it. at least not just yet. we drove up -- we can only find one store front that had sandbags ready kind of lined up outside their shop here. that flash flood watch is in effect until sunday. until monday. parts of the north bay could get from nine inches to as much as a foot of rain in the next several days the brunt of that is supposed to be falling really in north of santa rose a. farther north of us. in gurnville people were taking precautions. they were preparing. watching the river closely. they will do in this weekend. heavy rain expected to push the river to 32 feet which is considered the flood stage by sunday morning. not a drop of rain to show you out here. doesn't look like a lot of cloud cover. that's expected to change over the next several days while the far north bay, santa rosa north. they are -- supposed to get a lot of heavy supported by the facts the first court hearing in the case is scheduled for july. a reward is boeing offered to find a suspect in a deadly bart shooting. police released new video of the man they say shot and killed carlos ram ero. the video shows him walking on a platt alarm and leaving the station. previous they had only released grainy still images. she haven't been able -- they haven't been able to identity the man. anyone with information is asked to contact police. melissa nounsed an arrest in a case involving racist grafitti. the message was found on the main door to the unified school door. in addition to the offensive words there were symbols spray painted across the door also. the office is next door to an elementary school and parents say they were disturbed. >> that is really sad. especially somewhere at a educational place, like facility and for kids to maybe see that. it's really ignorant. >> reporter: investigators identified a suspect after he was brought in on unrelated charges. they say he was spotted less than half a mile away riding a bike. santa cruz has suspend aid fraternity and soror ind and six students arrested on suspicious of operating a drug ring. they were arrested last week. their suspensions will last until campus proceedings complete. they also face criminal charges. all are out on bail. they were arrested when police and federal agents received several tablets of ectasy. the students are members of the fraternity and the sorority. the national leaders of those organizations sent ceas experience desist orders to the chapters. jurors in the wrongful death case will continue working this morning. his parents are suing the city. the case went to the jury yesterday afternoon. they will decide whether his parents should receive it shouldn't be concealed. >> the school district said for security reasons it'll not identity which schools have employee who can store their guns on campus. today the senate is scheduled to vote on whether to raise the legal age to smoke. if approved california would be the second state in the country to increase the age from 18 to 21. hawaii already requires smokers to be 21. the new age limit kenneth stuart went into a woman's rest room in the library late tuesday night and tried to assault a 56-year-old woman. when she screamed another woman ran in and helped chase him away. campus police say they saw a man running and caught him outside the library. neither woman was hurt. the university said that it's working to make the area safer including moving shelving near the bathroom to make it more open and visible. police say neither the victim or suspect are associated with the school. time is 4:46. bart police are investigating after an object hit a train car window last night. the train was near the pleasant hill bart station just before six last night. the bay area news group said that a rock or something similar shattered the glass. it didn't go through the window and nobody
